Well - if you are craving fresh amazing food, jump across the river to QUICK FIRE. They act like you are a guest, explain the food AND its clean. My two biggest complaints about Bricks is the SERVER - yes, we were bothering him. AND the dirt. My glass had lipstick clearly on the rim (I dont wear the stuff). Our table could have used a good wipe when we sat down. The window I was facing was smudged. I just felt like the entire place needed a scrubbing. And whats the deal with a crabby wait staff??? We were ALSO the only people in the store, and felt like we were not supposed to be there for some reason. Food was good however. Not sure I would return.

I must admit that I have had Bricks pizza previously and they were wonderful. However in November, I was served soggy pizza with way too much sauce. It looked like a sauce/cheese pizza. The waitress told me that was how it was supposed to be. Since I had it there before, I was doubtful but didnt want to make an issue out of it. I even sent it back after I scraped a lot of sauce off to the side and asked her to put cheese on it. (I thought the cook would see it and realize that something was wrong, but he did not.) So I took the pizza home and discarded it.Nonetheless I wrote to them in November and expected a response which I never received. JS

Great food here. We had a gorgonzola/bacon/pecan salad which had a perfect balance of sweet and tangy. We also had the Luna and Brio pizzas, both of which were excellent. Service was very good; he handled my (somewhat) unusual wine request with little objection. Red wines should be served very slightly chilled (NOT room temperature as most places do). My only complaint is that the decor is rather spartan and dull. Otherwise, this is an excellent restaurant. Prices are typical for Twin Cities-area places.

I have eaten dinner here a few times now and I am very pleased with the quality of the food. Their pizza is amazing n my girlfriends opinion on their Caesar salad is the best she has had in a long time. Took us only 25 minutes starting at the walk from my car to get back to my car after our meal yesterday with am appetizer and two entrees. Will gladly go back n highly recommend this restaurant to others.

I love Neapolitan pizza, and Bricks has the best Ive ever had-- better than Punch, better than Lola, better than any in the Cities-- so I dont mind making the drive over to Hudson when Im craving it. The chefs here have an authentic designation for true Neapolitan pizza from Naples itself. Also, the salads are to die for. Try the Bricks or Mista salads with their amazing rosemary flatbread. Unreal.

Easy to get to from I-94. You must try this place if you havent been here. Very clean well presented restaurant. My mouth was watering as soon as the salad hit the table. The best fire baked breads and pizza Ive ever had. Tiramisu that puts it over the top! Options for kids. Great drink list. Fast refills, exceptional waitress. Local owned and operated. A MUST to stop here.

I have had Bricks pizza three times. I thought the pizza was delicious, and was a very unique offering compared to Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Little Caesars. I have never eaten in the restaurant, I have carried out because I have small children, and Bricks is not really set up for kids. I definitely think they are worth a shot, and will be eating Bricks pizza in the future.

Being from Chicago, I was amazed small rural town in Wisconsin had pizza this good! I ordered carry-out, the margherita with the DOC Buffalo Mozzarella. The crust was 10/10, perfectly done, slightly chewy and nicely charred on the bottom. The sauce was a 10/10, not too sweet, slightly sour and perfect level of tomato-ness. I give the overall grade an A.

I completely agree with the previous reviewer. The pizza, salad, etc is all fantastic. The only problem here is the service. If you feel like youre bothering the waitress from the minute you walk in, you know theres a problem. Heres hoping the wait staff shapes up! Id hate to see a great place like this go under due to something like this!

I felt guilty even stepping into this wonderful shop less than an hour before they closed. I was astonishing at how friendly and helpful the nice waitress was! The cuisine was absolutely flawless from beginning to end! I will strongly recommend this establishment to anyone who is in search of a fresh authentic Italian pie!

Beautiful inside, with great relaxing music. The pizza and bruchetta were both amazing. I got the pesto pizza and loved every bite. I stopped in this town driving from Central Illinois going to Minnesota for this restaurant specifically and it was 100% worth it.

Absolutely wonderful staff and even better pizza! Their Hot Honey pizza is to die for, I constantly crave it. The owner and her husband went above and beyond for my husband (a veteran) and I when we came in on Veterans Day- very appreciated.

Food is fantastic! Go for the early bird and get a free salad, they are great. Big problem is the service. Always rude and seems like youre inconveniencing them by being there. Ruins how good the food is!
