Was on business trip, decided to try out. Arrived 6:30pm on March 14,.Quick Summary: Bad Service, Mediocre food, two star bc the 2nd hostess actually cleaned my table after I was seated. I entered restaurant was not greeted for about 5-7 minutes not busy at all. When someone finally acknowledged me, you would of thought I was off the street with the look I received from the hostess (mind you I was still in my professional work attire and Coach shoes lol) I state my attire because everyone else was dressed more casual but I was looked at with displeasure maybe they thought I was a health inspector, then I was asked "What can I help you with?" umm...A table? I asked for water never received it, ordered Jamaica drink another server brought my food and drink, the first server was the one who gave me the dirty look. I never was offered a refill, server never came back after I received my food. Not coming back. Too bad looks like they invested in the ambiance of the restaurant but definitely didnt invest in good customer service training.

Pretty terrible experience from the get-go, hostess ignores us upon entrance, then a random busier lazily seats us. The server we got was actually decent, she didnt know the menu at all, not what "Limeade" was/is. She was nice, the food finally arrived and was half cold, my calishi (if thats how you spell it)shrimp was okay, I could tell it was hastily thrown together, and my partners food came and was terrible, the "grilled salmon" was not grilled, and was completely dried out. The only good part about this was the salmon was on the house... Not going here ever again, bad service, and bad to mediocre food, DEFINITELY NOT worth the price. Go to Guadalajara Grill, thats the Mexican food you want to eat

Lets see how could I articulate this! My wife, grandson, and I had went to Casa Valencia to have dinner and try something different, upon arrival we were asked if we would want to sit here as the hostess pointed to the nearest table to her, as she stood behind her counter area and handed us are menus while we sat our selves. So we look over the menu we noticed several other families get seated and their drinks, while we had not even been asked for our drinks or order. The time span between walking in and leaving was about 20min. Need to say we would not recommend this place to anyone! (No we did not eat or drink anything in this place.) By the way it, location was Campbell and Glen

First of all, the inside looked amazing and I had high hopes for the food. However, it took a very long time to be seated due to the lack of a hostess and it wasnt even busy. Once seated it again took forever to get drinks and appetizers. Our server looked like she couldnt have cared less about the job. She wasnt friendly, she didnt smile, or introduce herself. The menu was inconsistent and vague. There was also no drink menu or dessert menu. Most of the items were described as "fish" or "fish in garlic". The was no description of what kind of fish. Once the food arrived it was bland, and there was little to no flavor. I have had better food for cheaper at food trucks!

I was excited to try the food here, and look at the restaurant that seems so pretty from the outside. The restaurant is gorgeous inside. It gives you the feel that you are not in Tucson anymore. Its all seafood except for a few items like that the tacos, you can choose from three different meats. I had the "marinated meat" tacos and they were spicy! The flavors combined with the sauce and pork meat was perfect! The only thing we didnt really like were the prices. Expect to pay more than $10 for a plate of three small tacos with no sides. A little expensive for little food, but the views of the restaurant are Pretty!

Advice to management: Take into consideration the significant amount of negative reviews about your hosts and waitresses. Tucson is relative small and there are plenty other Mexican Seafood Restaurants that provide a more satisfying experience. Providing a good service is critical, specially in your industry. This was my second visit to your restaurant and although the food is good, the apathy of your waitresses leave much to be desired.

On recommendation six of us went to Casa Valencia. Big. Mistake! Our server was very attentive, but our food was just very okay. Not her fault. "what kind of fish was answered "always red snapper. ". Garlic fish and shrimp did not have any garlic. Food was salty. Tacos fair. etc, etc. Wont return. Prices high for what we got.

The service was mediocre at best. My friend and I went in to just get a light dinner so we both ordered a crab tostado appetizer. We both got violently ill immediately after and now both have bacterial infections from it. Immediately regretted our choice to branch out and try a new place. Save your stomachs, avoid this place.

Went with friends for the first time and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The waitress was very nice and the service was good and prompt. I had the shrimp and fish combo with Red Snapper. The Snapper was excellent, flaky, sweet and very flavorful. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely go back. DP

Excellent Food!! The service is great and the staff are very friendly. The Seafood is fresh and the steaks are delicious. My family and I always enjoy eating at any of their locations. Congrats for the new location! Amazing architecture and awesome taste in decoration.

The food was generally bland. Something marked as three peppers (allegedly very hot) wasnt appreciably different in spice level than the one pepper dishes. The fried fish tacos were completely lacking flavor, but the Marlin tacos were quite good.

Modern, bright and clean. Excellent service. Extensive menu. Every dish has been phenomenally delicious. Unique to find octopus in Tucson. Cherry on top: the prices are more than fair. I wish Casa Valencia many years of continued success.

Food was good , our waitress Maria was nice & friendly , but the hostess who seated us & every other worker seemed like they had a stick up there a** & kept staring . Nothing but bad vibes as soon as you walk in.

Such a disappointment. Sent the Margarita back and ordered wine. Very few gluten free choices. Couldnt even eat the chips due to shared fryer.

Nice and clean , fresh food and awesome cocktails at the bar good for a quick bite and watch the game or for a family and/or friends night out.
