First off... My family and I are regulars here. There is a reason for this. Outstanding food quality and top notch service. Read past the one star reviews and see past those that expect fine dining at a quality grill and bar. The food: It is top notch! They recently added a sirloin steak that rivals San Tan Flats. The fish fry on Friday nights is amazing with the addition of the fresh pollock. The wings are the best in town and I recommend trying the Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing. Managers Jim and Brooke run a tight ship. Food quality is the upmost importance to them. If it doesnt look properly cooked, they wont let it come out! Service: Ariana, Miles, Shanna, Josh and Renee are truly amazing servers. I have never waited longer than a few minutes to be greeted and seated. They are passionate about service and they each strive to ensure customers leave happy. The owner Phil makes frequent appearances at this location and is constantly encouraging quality and customer service. Jim (main GM) is the driving force behind the success of this location. He is approachable and makes a point to touch the tables. Jim has been at this location since its opening. Restrooms are clean and neat. Food is fresh and outstanding. Beer is cold. Staff is friendly and inviting. I highly highly highly recommend Native Grill & Wings San Tan Valley! Excellent atosmosphere all the way around!!

My husband wanted to treated myself and the kids out for a treat. We were all exited about "Family Time". We arrived ordered 3 desserts, soup & drinks. Keep in mind, what we orders didnt need a lot if prep time. 15 minutes later our drinks arrive. We asked the waitress twice where the kids desserts were and our answer was "let me check on that". 30 minutes later still no refills and no food. Husband and I have handed our phones too kids because they were restless. Not to mentation it wasnt busy. My husband and I also watched our drinks sit at the bar getting warm. At this point I was ready to get up and get it myself. Finally an "hour" later we complain to the manger and she said "I can take 10% off, because I would need to view our cameras". $3.99 off our bill. Thats "BULL"... NEVER AGAIN! I warn you dont come here unless you have an hour of your free time waiting on drinks & food. LONG COMMENT BECAUSE IM UPSET! POOR SERVICE POOR MANAGEMENT

worst experience ever!!!! We waited 30 plus minutes for our food, the waitress "kept checking", when the food finally came, my burger was over cooked and dry. I said something and she said do you want me to put your order in again? I said no Im not waiting another half hour for food. She said she told the manager (which I did see) the manager never once came to the table to apologize, did not offer to take anything off the bill. She just handed us the bill and I said your not even going to offer to take care of my burger? She said shes sorry, went to the manager again and then gave us the check with no discount. When I left I told the hostess what happened and she said, yeah management sucks here, thats why I put my two weeks in. If the franchise owner cares about this business at all you need to fire the skinny blond lady that is so called "manager"!!!

The restaurant was very busy but we were seated within the stated 15 minutes or so. We ordered the Chicken Parm sandwich and the Fish with Shrimp platter. Our server Dan was fairly new but attentive and friendly. The fish was fried too long and was pretty awful. The fries are the worst ever---cant stand those coated fries. The slaw was good and the potato skin appetizer was good. The chicken parm sandwich was very dry and when asked for additional marinara sauce we were surprised to see an additional .59 added for the little tiny cup of sauce. Also paid .59 each for two sides of ranch but only received one as I didnt eat my fries. Good wait service but horrible food---cost over $40 with the tip! Wont go back.

This has been the worst Native New Yorker I have ever went to. It took about 15 minutes for them to deliver our drinks (it was not busy either) and about half an hour to deliver the appetizer. The servers delivered the main food about two minutes later and the food was dried out and gross. I brought my starbucks drink in(there is no sign that prohibits bringing in outside drinks and other native new yorker locations have not minded) and the server brought a back-up server to tell me to throw it out. It was a bit rude that she could not tell me herself. Then the cops came in searching for some one. Overall, the experience was very poor and I would not recommend it.

Me and my wife got the 3 for $21 dollar deal (app, 2 entrées). Food was really good, fresh and hot. Place wasnt too busy when I got here, maybe 30 people (most left while waiting for our food so it was bar goers left) took about 30 minutes to get our food. Not too bad. Waitress came by three times to check on us which was nice, manager also popped by to see how we were doing. Was good to see management on the floor interacting with guests. Only issue I had was waiting 20 minutes for a refill. Not a big issue. Overall was a good visit like the last. Would recommend for a good bite. ( 9:30 pm)

What a huge disappointment!!! Just had their wings first time tonight!!! Nasty is the nicest word I can think of. My Husband picked them up as a take out order...had we been there would have asked for our money back. Absolutely awful... We ordered the Salt and Vinegar along with Medium supposed to be zesty. Salt and Vinegar had what looked like hit and miss patches of Salt? Vinegar? Rub? Really? Not even! Weve had rubs before...this was not a rub. Bland and barely there. Oh..the Medium...taste like something out of the frozen section at Wally World. Give em another try? Never!!!

Really crappy food,I ordered my favorite pork slider, it come on dinner rolls, soggy rolls. Where are the buns. Just really went down hill. Wings were over salted and fryed dry. This place is banned from my family and friends. Service was good. Food sucks....Food still sucks, gave it a second shot. Nah Id rather eat Mc Donald crappy food. JUICE....You obviously work there, or manage the place for that review. Foods prepared cheap, and consumers like myself payed to much twice. Always had great service, food just went to crap. See for yourself.

We have had iffy service on and off since it opened. In fact we vowed to never eat there again at one point. That aside, We decided one night to give it another chance and boy am I glad we did. Our food was piping hot when it arrived at our table, the service was phenomenal, and everything tasted divine. A manager came over and we told him how amazing the entire night was, from taste to service. It was a complete 180° from the last few times we had been there. That night completely earned our business for future nights.

This location is VERY hit or miss. On occasions it is fantastic (usually when we dine in) but carry out is very spotty. Sometimes my food is perfect and the staff is fantastic but more often than not you are met with a snotty rude hostess who refuses to move faster than a snails pace. There is apparently only one person in the entire restaurant that is able to place or check out a carry out order and she is ALWAYS "busy". My food has been consistently wrong , cold, overdone, underdone, etc... Its very disappointing.
