I want to start off by saying that I have always had a enjoyable experience at Bdubs and its pretty hard to screw up boneless or bone in wings. Came in on a Saturday 35-40 min want no biggie its the weekend and game day. staff was friendly sat us not long after we checked in, which was great since we have 3 kids. Server took our drink order but heres where it starts to go down hill. 1. Kids drinks should always come out first the parents are the ones tipping you, unless you like fruit snacks and crayons. 2. When someone says they want to order a appetizer first, obviously they want it to come out before the meal not with the meal. 3. When the wing sauce looks like its baked on or a glaze ( should have taken a picture of it ) from sitting under a heat lamp the food is most likely not fresh and you need to correct it. Which was done and I will get to this. 4. When a customer tells you that the medium sauce that is labeled is not as hot as the medium sauce you brought out to sample to see the difference is still not hot dont argue with them. 5. The replacement wings should not be room temp or cold. 6. Never let the drinks go empty. 7. Dont ask when I want the bill just drop it off and let me know " if theres anything else, just let me know " and dont hover around stand from a distance and keep a mindful eye on the table. 8. Be thankful you got a tip because youre customer service skills need a lot of work youre in the food service industry. This place needs a lot of work and you would think being in a small area still it would be on par, Its sad that I would have rather gone to native newyorker.

Their manager was great to me and my son. I called early Sunday morning to see if they were open for the 10am football games. He said they werent but, theyd be more than happy to let us come in, order and watch game. So we did. The manager continued to be great. But I overhead the waitresses make remarks about us being inside before opening. We ordered our wings, got our food and the waitress, immediately brought us the check as we we started eating and said " whenever you are ready", which I thought was rude. I dont like to eat feeling pressured and I also think its rude to bring someone a check without asking if they wanted anything else. So my son ordered desert, she brought it and brought a new check..."whenever you are ready" I paid my bill and she brought the receipt and walked away. I had to kinda shout at her, as she walked away quickly. I had to ask her..."Can i please have a to go box? " Because she didnt ask us if we wanted one. I could understand MAYBE if they were busy. But I counted 5 waitresses and hostesses just chit chatting at the entrance with only 2 tables filled. The table next to me had a great waitress who came to their table 7 times ( yes I counted). Meanwhile, our waitress only came by to drop the check off. Never asked if we wanted anything else

I have been going to BWW"s forever (I just moved here from Michigan) it used to be one of my favorite places to eat until I moved and started going to this one, every time I go I am very disappointed. The chicken is always way over done in the chicken wraps with little to no sauce, chicken quesadillas are very skimpy, theres hardly any chicken or cheese and again the chicken is so over done its almost un-edible. They always get our order wrong and I mean every time!! its ridiculous, I really hate complaining but after the 5-6th time being there I had to say something. My son ordered boneless wings and I a chicken wrap, both were cold and way overdone. I told the waiter and he did nothing about it, I had to ask twice to have the manager come. Just tonight, we ordered a take out from inside the bar and it was all wrong, unbelievable, again!!!! they re-did it and it was still wrong and by the time we got it home everything else was cold and just crappy. Im over it! never going back. I will drive out of my way to go to another one, I would not recommend this place at all. So disappointing!!!

Jordan was our server and quite honestly Im a very patient and understanding person but the worst server I have encountered by far..literally had to go to the bar to get my own drinks even when it isnt even remotely busy..when the food was brought to one of the people in our party she LITERALLY just tossed it across the table at him and kept going. And when I asked her, her name she responded with "oh yeah, sorry I totally forgot to tell you guys..my name is Jordan". This is after were done with our meals and are waiting for the check..Im in sales and customer service is by far the most important part of any interaction with a customer.. And I dont know what her issue is or if shes having an rough day..but whatever the circumstances may be..we certainly didnt deserve that kind of service. Worst experience here ever. Probably wont ever cone back to this location..

Wow what an experience. My wife and I ordered A Shiner Bock and Kilt Lifter, when they were brought to our table they were the wrong beers. The waiter didnt know which beer was which. Turns out there were both the same beer when we ordered different ones. We were waiting 45 minuets for our food to be brought out. When the food finally arrived at our table they only had half our order. The food they brought out to us was cold. The waiter said he would go back and put my order in for my wings. I ordered boneless wings, but when they were finally brought out they were traditional wings instead of what I ordered. When we told the waiter the order was incorrect he said "at least they are half off today." We will not be visiting this location again. Ive never had this much trouble at any restaurant.

I have enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings in the past for getting together with large groups of friends. Its a safe bet. The food is decent, and the beer selection shows at least an attempt at variety. However, my last experience with the Queen Creek location has pretty much soured me for life. I called ahead to make a reservation for a largish group of my wifes work colleagues. We were definitely glad that we had called ahead when we showed up and the place was packed. However, when I approached the hostess she informed me that they do not take reservations, and that the wait would be 2 hours. Not sure why the guy I had talked to earlier was so inept, but the evening was very nearly ruined (not a whole lot to do in Queen Creek yet.) Thankfully we were able to find another place with open tables.

For some reason every time I go to a BWW I am disappointed for whatever reason. This time was no different. Placed a togo order at 6PM on a saturday night. The girl on the phone had absolutely no personality when speaking with me. She just did her job. The same goes for the female when I picked up my order. The wings were good but the other food was sub par. I could have ordered a better chicken sandwich at Chickfila or any fast food place for half the cost. Same goes with the fries that I received. I dont mind paying $25 plus dollars for a meal, but only if the food is actually good. I thought Id give this new location a try since I am a local. I have to say I will not be returning or recommending BWW to anyone else. Did I mention the fries were terrible?
