Walked in and waited to speak to the hostess, and she looked annoyed. I asked for a table for two. She directly offered a seat in the bar, and was mad when we declined, and asked for the dining area instead. There were a lot of empty tables, but she said there werent any available. And we would have to sit in the bar. I asked if we could sit outside, and she rolled her eyes and said, "sure". She hesitantly walked away from the podium, and walked about five steps, and pointed towards the door to the patio, "there is seating out there" and primptly walked back to her podium. We went outside, and sat down at a table, and waited. After fifteen minutes of being ignored by several employees, we tried to flag someone down, and they continued walking past us. We ended up leaving, and will never come back. Rude employees, and no customer service. Have been before and had problems with the waitress being flirtatious, and giving my boyfriend her number. I will never come back or recommend this buisness. I can buy overpriced wings somewhere else, and be treated with way more class.

I visited this BWW this past Friday night (Aug 4) with my partner. We called to placed an order for a sandwich and asked for two sides of extra ranch. We showed up 15 minutes later and were helped by a young woman. She gave us our order and walked away. We did a regular check of our food and noticed that the ranch was missing. We waited a couple of minutes, but she disappeared. I walked towards the opening of the kitchen. Saw the manager, an older woman of color, speaking to another employee. I mentioned that we were missing the ranch in our order. The employee happily walked away to grab it for us, while the manager without even looking up at us, said to me, "Just so you know, we charge for the ranch." I was in disbelief. Now look here, I am willing to pay whatever price you charge for the ranch, what I am not willing to deal with is a condescending manager who wants to remind me that I need to pay for something when your restaurant made a mistake in the first place. Dear manager, change your attitude or get another job!

Im not a sports fan, so I didnt discount stars for the indoor volume as it is a sports bar but I do love a good chicken wing. The food is decent if priced a little higher than Id like. The staff is attentive, even if borderline pushy (with thier rewards program) and all seem to be in high school but I was never left wanting for anything at my table. Being said, as I do not enjoy sports, it was an unfortunate mistake to arrive during a football game. If thats your kink, youll have a good time worshipping at the altar of the NFL here. Tvs wrap around the dining room. I subtracted stars for the lack of concern from the servers nearby. We were seated by the host stand and they openly bickered about tables and slammed things on the railing right by our heads and against the wall between our table and them.

I ordered 20 traditional wings, 10 Mango Habanero EXTRA WET and 10 Hot EXTRA WET and a large french fry. I live down the street from this location on Higley and Southern so when I got home to eat I opened my box and my wings we not even close to being EXTRA WET. I could literally see the chicken meat on the wings. I didnt order dry rub I ordered then EXTRA WET. The temperate of the wings and fries were room temp I was expecting them to be hot and fresh. I called and spoke to the manager and she said that the reason why my wings were dry because the sauce soaked in them but if I ordered them EXTRA WET they shouldnt have even been dry in the first place. I was very unsatisfied with my experience here and I felt like my $34.11 was a total waste. Worst experience ever....

This place "was" a regular for. After today... no more. To make a "long" story short, my party and I was skipped ahead for other ppl for seating It looked racially motivated to me. The girl that was suppose to call us lied on several occasions, then I told the manager that is losing his hair and he basically was like whatever. Take what we have. I talked to to 2 other managers and they apologized and done their best to resolve the issue. I couldnt really enjoy myself because I developed a headache from the situation. Needless to say. My party and I will not be coming back.

I had glass in my beer for starters!the waitress said "Oh my let me get you another one"!!Didnt take it off our ticket. We ordered a large well done wings with lemon pepper ...wow.. who puts the lemon? They were not cooked long at all and had so much lemon they were not eatable. The waitress didnt offer anything else on the menu. She gladly just took the wings back saying "they look salty" They manager never came to our table to even ask our problem! Didnt want to rate 1star!! Will not go to Buffalo Wild Wings again !

Wow I could have made better food myself , and honestly I cant even boil water!! The bonless wings we got were so hard they hurt my teeth then we only had forks and when I tried to cut them with a fork it just bent . When I mentioned this to the bartender his response was "well why do you think they make knifes" try that ..!! Well the only reason for two stars was the tv and sports selection they have on . Was nice . food sucks service sucks too oh ya plates would be a nice addition instead of cardboard bowls

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We have had issues with this place more than once now. My husband called in an order and got it all set up and got the price (super expensive) and got our wait time, (about 45 mins). When he drove the 30 minute drive over there. They had no order for him. They said "we dont have anything in the system for what you are asking" and then didnt even offer to get it started, or even a free small drink. So, like I said wouldnt recommend this place. Horrible service.

Well I have been there a few times. Had better food and service in the day, one night we had soggie wings, that were cold, the manger said, well they are hot untill we sauce them? My friend had buffalitos, 2 taco bell soft tacos, and a small side of chips, not worth 8 bucks, overall a fast food place with mid to low quality food. I guess if you go there dont expect much, this way you wont be let down. Better yet cook at home, and eat healty, this place is not!

I walked in to the female manager repremanding the clealy new host in front of customers. ALL THE SERVERS SEEM MISERABLE HERE. Nacho chips are stale and gross Onvrn is broken and everything I want needs the oven :( Buffalo wrap had good flavor but the chicken was so over fried and hard I hurt my tooth! French fries were good Black cherry limeade was good BUT 3.19 no refill Oh hahaha and they switch the TV to Jeopardy in the middle of a game WTF?
