WOW. Where do I start? Well, I ordered the food online at 6pm and was given a delivery time of 6:45. That was acceptable since it was dinner time on a Saturday night. However, come 7pm, still no pizza dude. I called the restaurant and was told by the manager, ROBERT, that it was on its way. Pretty vague, but ok. Waited another 30 minutes and pizza guy finally showed up. So now our food is 45 minutes LATE. The only condolences I was offered was "Yeah, were busy.." I inspected the food as he handed it to me and as I expected, what I got for 60 dollars was a cold, dried out, congealed mess that was stuck to every side of the soggy box it was contained in. The guy handed me the credit slip to sign and as I was signing it, he said, "I left your other order of wings and your drinks, Ill just have to go get it." I assumed he meant from his car. I waited by my door for nearly 5 minutes before I realized that kid had left my house! He didnt even give me a copy of my receipt and he didnt deliver my entire order that I waited an hour and a half for! UGH. So, I called the store back and talked to ROBERT, AGAIN. He made it seem like it would be this huge process to get refunded for the items that were not delivered and instead offered a $25 credit on my next order. HAH! There are 100 pizza joints around here, what makes you think Ill be ordering from you again? No thank you. Besides, Id probably just get the run around next time I try to order from there anyway. I asked him if the kid was going to COME BACK with the rest of my order and Robert assured me that he would. Well, surprise, surprise. To my door did NO ONE come a-knockin. I WILL NEVER, I MEAN EVER order from this Hut again. My children are involved in community sports and Boy Scouts in our area and I will be sure to spread the word to all of them too. We can take our business where it is appreciated and where spending the better part of $100 bill will actually get you what you paid for. Shame on you, Pizza Hut PV.

Walked in and took at least five minutes to be seated. Only one other family was eating and they were finishing up. We heard a lot of talking going on behind the counters but no one came to seat us. After waiting the five minutes we were finally seated. Took another five to ten minutes for the same person that sat us to come take our order... Again the place was almost emptied. For being no one there and it sounded like not many to go orders were taken it took a long time for or pizzas to get to the table. After the food was brought the waitress never came back to offer refills. We waited for the check and one came. We did however hear the employees talking about non work related items. We finally got up and went to the counter to find the workers sitting on the counters just chatting...I am down for chatting when at work when work is done but when there is work to be done I expect no playing around and no chatting about non work related items.

If I could rate a ZERO!! I WOULD!! We ordered our pizza, mind u, it was just 2 pizzas.. At 5:18, an hr and 20 mins goes by and my husband calls them asking where our pizzas at and she doesnt apologize or anything, but says oh, there was a mess up with the driver so we are re making ur food now so its warm and then we will send it out. ... And 40 mins goes by! And STILL NO FOOD!! By then myself, my husband and kids are all hungry and grouchy and its Sunday and getting late, I mean.. 2 HOURS!?? CMON, we called to cancel and they had no care in the world. Didnt try to offer to comp our meal for the inconvenience or discount it or even say sorry. I was appalled with the way we were treated and the customer service there, as it is, their pizzas not all that great but we had a long day and just did not want to cook or go out. Good luck if u order from this place.

We went to Pizza Hut Sunday 43/3/16, arrived at 5:30 pm, at 5:45 we were finally seated, at about 6: 00 we ordered, but were told, no medium pizzas,no bread sticks, so we ordered 1 large Hawaiian and 1 large meat lovers,both stuffed crust,1 garden salad, a single order of garlic bread and a single order of medium buffalo wings. We got our water and the garden salad right away, then about 6:30we got the garlic bread,not until 7:15 did we get our pizzas and they brought a pepperoni pizza instead of a meatlovers and forgot the wings. I asked if the wings were done and the waitress didnt know, so I canceled the wings and asked for my check. At 7:30 I finally demanded my check and we left. This experience was not worth the modified check of 37.39 dollars. I give this restaurant 0 stars and will never go there again!!!

I ordered two pizzas within two days. The first pizza I ordered was a medium stuffed crust pepperoni. When it arrived, I saw that it had no cheese on it except for in the crust. The crust was ginormous and the bottom was extremely thin, with only sauce and pepperoni on it. The second pizza I ordered was an original medium pepperoni pizza. Again, when I opened the box, I saw that it yet again had literally no cheese, only sauce and pepperoni. I should have complained as soon as I saw them, but I didnt. Now, Im thinking about it and Im pissed. I spent 40 dollars on terrible pizzas. Never ordering from here again.

You can screw up our orders numerous occasions.. Forget sodas... Incorrect wings... Missing entire pizzas.. Youve credited us when we report these issues. Much appreciated. But you have me wait an entire hour for my dinner. Im stuck at home. I left my phone number. Theres NOTHING wrong with my phone OR voicemail and your employee chooses to lie to me by telling me they tried to call me to tell me they are "out of everything". On a Tuesday night. Not once did I get a call. No dinner for me tonight! Thanks guys! This household is officially done.

The service is molasses slow and I had a manager argue with me about how they couldnt make the salad I wanted even though it was on the menu. She brought me out a poor substitute and when I told her thats not what I ordered, and told her what I I had ordered, she responded, "we dont have anything like that." I asked her to get a menu and I would show her. When I did, she said, "we dont have the means to do that. The only difference I wanted was the wings on the salad tossed in a different sauce. How is that impossible?

One star only because of the day manager.... He was on point. I ordered 8 pizzas to be delivered to my work at 6:50 so my guys could have it for their 30min lunch break...( I ordered this at 115 in the afternoon) 6:58 pm still no pizza... Called the store and spoke to the night manager who only had excuses to why it was not delivered.... Finally got the pizza at 7:22pm which only gave my guys 8 minuets to eat lunch.... I also was charged for delivery twice.... If I could give negative stars I would...
