I will not go back here. The environment was pretty horrible, the sun was setting and they do not have the right shading so the entire restaurant is being blinded by the sun and theres really no where you can go to avoid it except the patio. But we wanted to dine in. I had my service animal (a 4lb very quiet and very well trained toy pomeranian) and had him in my bag, but had to sit him on the floor because the tables are all very close to each other and theres just no elbow room here. Im not sure if the woman working there was a manager or the bartender but she came up to our table and was extremely rude to me about my service dog being there. I had informed her that I had paperwork and for some reason that made her extremely upset and she got very loud with me (now embarrassing) and said that it was against health code to have my dog in there. I tried to tell her that by law, I am allowed to have him there with me and she literally cut me off and yelled at me more telling to watch the way I talk to her! I couldnt believe this woman was speaking to me, a customer like the way she was. I was pretty upset and proposed to my friend that we should maybe go to the patio, but it was extremely hot (still over 100 degrees outside) and he didnt want to. I told him I didnt like the way she was treating me and she yelled at me again and accused me of being rude and got extremely confrontational with me. I was going to call the restaurant after to just give them feedback about my opinion that she needs to have training in customer care, I was actually in shock by the way she spoke to and treated us (particularly me). I will happily NEVER be back to this place. The pizza was not good either. Seemed under cooked and not even hot. The worst part was the way the employee treated us. My service dog has a legal right to be in an establishment with me, and I actually had him my dog a (dog) bag (with mesh) so I couldnt understand why she was so offended. I got the feeling she didnt like me or my dog. lol Thats cool, we wont be back. ✌

We have been here several times. The food is good but the service is always lacking. Todays experience took the cake. We arrived with my family (5 of us) at 11 am for lunch. We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to open. At 11 am we began to go inside and the cook started to shake his head no as we walked towards the door. He said "i dont know what you are doing, I dont have a server". He was rude and when we asked what he wanted us to do since they were open and we were there to have lunch. He said rudely, "I dont know". He then walked away. We said well I guess we will find somewhere else to eat. There were a million better ways for him to handle this. He should have welcomed us in and apologized for his server not being there and maybe offered us a drink while we wait. I suppose this is the reason he is a cook and not in the front of the house. As we were leaving the "server" had finally arrived. He said you guys can come back now, I can serve you. Well, a little too late. The damage had been done and we were not happy and probably will never go back there. I decided to call and speak to a manager when I got home to make him aware of our experience. The manager answered the phone. I told him what had happened and he said he was actually the "server" that arrived as we were entering our cars to leave and he had told my husband we could come back in. I explained the cook was very rude to us and the damage had been done. He said he was sorry but didnt seem to affected he lost 5 customers. I would not recommend this place and we will not be going back. Timos is poorly managed and run. If they plan to not have anyone but the cook there at opening then they need to teach him some customer service skills.

I tried this place for the first time last Friday during happy hour. This is a cute and quiet spot. We ate inside, but I cant wait to go back to sit on the patio they have. Started off with a glass of white sangria with peaches. I was only able to drink half the glass since I was driving and it was very strong. I am looking forward to enjoying this again when I have a driver. For appetizers we shared artichoke and spinach dip, it came with some toasted bread. This was the most delicious artichoke/spinach dip I have ever had. We also tried out some bruschetta. I had the one with proscuitto, mozzarella and pesto sauce. And also the one with green apples, brie and fig jam. I have no complaints about this place, service was great, food was good and happy hour prices were decent. I also loved the decor. I cant wait to go back and sit on the patio, enjoy some more sangria and taste the flatbread that looked amazing.

I was in this disgrace of a place a couple weeks ago and sat at the bar to have a nice lunch. The first thing my friend and I noticed were the flies all over the place!! disgusting!! They had open containers of all their sides and sauces open with no less than a dozen flies at any given time flying in and out of them. As they brought our food to us, they served us up some of the sauces which we had seen flies sitting on. Then instanlty there were flies sitting on our food. We walked out of there and never turned back. Not to mention the stuck-up bartender who just laughed it off when we said something about the flies.

a buddy of mine told me about this restaurant that was kindof new. i took a date there and ordered some bruchetta. it was ok but nothing to write home about. if you ask me, id have to say it is way overpriced for the food you get. and the service was just not up to par. the blond girl serving our food seemed to be malnutritioned or something and maybe even hungover. she seemed like she just hated her job and was very unhelpful and just took forever getting our food. i would not recommend going here. unless youre on a blind date and want to scare your date into never going out with you again.

TIMO probably has my favorite patio out of the restaurants that I visit regularly. The lighting and furniture as well as the fire pit make for a very comfortable experience. The food here is exceptional. My recommendations include the short rib pizza, any of the bruschettas, and for dessert, the peach cobbler (easily could feed three people). I have also gone to TIMO for their Valentines Day and New Years Eve multi-course prix-fixe menus which are out of this world. Service here is also top notch and attentive.
