Ive been here a few times over the years and everything is usually pretty good. Popped in this weekend for happy hour after a show at the Herberger Theater. It was PACKED and they were very short staffed, but our waitress still had a smile on her face and made sure we were taken care of. The happy hour is pretty good and a plus that they have it on Saturday too! The white wine sangria was light and refreshing. All beers were HH pricing, but was a little disappointed in their happy hour wine selection. Half of the food items are 1/2 off during HH. We ordered the wings and the black bean hummus. The wings were delicious, cooked well and sauce was tasty. The black bean hummus was different and very lemony, but good nonetheless. I will definitely be returning to try the macaroni and cheese as it looked and sounded amazing!! Ive only dined in the restaurant once for a Mothers Day brunch, but it was outstanding. The spread was really nice and it wasnt overly priced like some of the other brunches out there. Overall, I recommend this place if you are in the area and looking to grab a couple snack/drinks or to grab a full meal.

Was assaulted by a customer leaving the bar. I personally deliver food and water to the less fortunate around the area as a way of giving back to my community. This white male exited the the bar and yelled at me about my treatment of my beloved dog "sluggo". I confronted him about how well I treat him. By the way, I would die for this dog. He is my child, and means everything to me. I was then elbowed in the face maybe more. (Not sure because I was knocked a bit silly). I did have the composure to resist retaliation. His friend apologized for what happened. I dont blame the bar or hotel, but I do think they could have accomedated the situation much more professionally.

I have come here several times with coworkers for lunch. The food is good and the servers are often friendly but the biggest issue is the time. It can take quite a while to have someone come take your order and then more time to get your food and then getting someone to take your check can be the hardest thing. You are lucky if you actually have a server who is attentive to your table. I am not sure if they are just understaffed (you would think this would have been fixed in a few years but apparently not) or if everyone has been drained of their innate hustle but dont go here expecting to be able to make it back to work in under an hour as that is a rare feat.

My husband and I went for AZ Restaurant Week, and went on a Tuesday. We ate in the dining room - quiet, romantic atmosphere. The food, from the appetizers to desserts, was absolutely fabulous. Also, the service was fantastic - everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the different courses came quickly. We would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone, great for date night, great for those wanting a delicious dinner. Parking is free – just get the hostess to validate your card.

Stopped here for lunch and their food is pretty spectacular. The tater tots were super crispy as were the french fries. Ordered the grilled cheese and it was anything but disappointing. It was delicious, the staff is so friendly and nice as well that there is nothing to complain about. There is valet parking if you arent staying in the area. The atmosphere is really nice as well. Its very open and spacious.

We headed down to the bar after a day of hiking and had a great experience here. The waitress was spot on with everything (even having a new fork in my hand 15 seconds after I dropped one), the assortment of appetizers were great (and on special), and the beer selection was impressive. The only appetizer we didnt care much for was the shrimp lettuce wraps (too much mayo).

My colleagues and I were here for lunch. The restaurant has a great $9 promotion. I had the steak with asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly. The Demi glaze over the steak was a nice complement. My server Liz was attentive, kind, and anticipated what I was going to ask for. I couldnt have asked for better service. I will be back again!!

Came in for drinks after a Diamondbacks baseball game. The selection is impressive. I highly recommend this place for their selection of wine. The mixed drinks are a touch pricy but the beers are pretty reasonable. Did not have a chance to sample their food but its on the list of places to go back.

Service was great except for they closed the place down on a Friday night at 9pm. Vegetables with the duck course were under cooked and starchy. Duck was over cooked and over seasoned. Calamari over salted (from a person who loves salt). Too many flaws for a $100 dinner for two.

Amazing place. Stayed at the Sheraton in Phoenix for three days during July... I ate and drank here every night and loved it. The bar tenders were amazing, especially one girl named G and the male bartender who works during the day (I forget his name). Food and drinks were amazing.

The restaurant is amazing. Best "Big Sky" ribeye I have eaten in some time. The potatoes au grotin were like the best Mac and cheese meal I have eaten. Serious compliments to the chef, from the bread and butter to the entre the food was amazing.

Its okay, nothing really stands out. Food was decent. Their beers taps and lines have not been cleaned for a while, all beer was slightly sour really through the taste off, I went through 4 different beers. Would have expected better...

Food spot on WAIT is all wrong Need better organization and expediting the crowd maybe lead host can articulate better kind of on the rude side roping off the area so you prevent the herding of people bum rushing the entrance.

You should be ashamed of yourself for kicking out a same-sex couple while celebrating their anniversary!!!! If your gay I guess youre not welcome here. Is that the only group you discriminate against or are there more?!

Best Happy Hour in Downtown Phoenix because of the long hours, HH ends at 7pm. Beers are around $3 , wine $5 and some appetizers are half off. Theres a DJ playing electronic music for the professional crowd.

Good service. Variety of gourmet selections. Fresh and local ingredients. Most everything - food & drink - has some form of pepper. Not overpowering though. Wonderful presentation. Yummy cocktails.

Had practically everything on their bar menu after a long flight in. The salad was great. The corndog thing needs to be removed from the menu. Its gross and mine came out cold in the middle.

Amazing food and service a Flat Iron steak so tender I could cut it with a fork! Veggies from the fourth floor garden to insure freshness and flavor! And a dessert to die for!

Waited 10 minutes after being seated for the waitress to come over. Steak was over-cooked and over-priced. Beet salad was good but only 4 thin slices of beets.

Amazing downtown lunch spot with "nothing over $9" on the menu. This is high quality and great tasting food for the price of fast food.
