One star is too much to give to an establishment such as this. Where you have a single lane drive thru, employees should be focused on giving the drink and saying goodbye. Despite whether the already processed, served and delivered ordered customer is talking even longer to them, its a drive thru, not a sit-and-socialize lane. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to those already waiting. Typically excellent customer service and fast serve times. This go-around was far from that. My passenger was thoroughly upset and if the Brights of my vehicle werent enough indication being held to the "on" position for 10 minutes, then there needs to be a change of window working employees. Utterly disappointing.

I love how every employee you meet here is eager to help you and does it with a smile even a joke or two. Did I mention the coffee if great too! On my last visit a gentlemen in front of me order a drink was sipping on it while waiting for his other drinks. During his wait the employees realized they accidentally made him the wrong drink he was sipping on. Without questions to him they made him another drink told him of said mistake, like who does that without compliant of customer usually. I love this environment its amazing. Keep it up Dutch Bros crew!

Great place to get your coffee, the staff is always to jacked up on coffee and shortbread cookies. Always too giddy and happy to make you your drink. There is other stuff other than coffee to choose from. I like the bubble gum smoothie, its not on the menu but its great specially with kids. The caramelizer is also good. I only like the drinks blended but there are other options. There is almost always a line or a wait, but well worth it.

Love the up beat style they have! If I go to sbux I have to custom order my drink till its about 8$ and it still just isnt right.... at Dutch Bros I walk up simply order a medium or large hot extra sweet white mocha with whip so simple, and even with the large crowd they constantly have most of the amazing employees already know my drink and remember me because the only thing I change is the size! Love this place sooo much 10 stars! *****

Friendliest coffee shop Ive ever been to. The staff is so warm and treat you like a individual person not like youre just another customer and send you on your way to get to the next one. They truly care and it makes my day. Oh, and the coffee is phenomenal. Their iced mocha is the best Ive ever tasted and Ive tasted a lot. Never going back to Starbucks again, and you shouldnt either. Support this smaller chain. Youll be glad you did.

Delicious affordable coffee with a kick, honestly a better value than starbucks. I got a 32oz iced white chocolate latte with whipped cream for only $5.65 and a kids strawberry smoothie for $2.75, you cannot get that at starbucks. When trying something new, taste your drink before you leave the window to make sure the ice tea or coffee is to your liking, incase you would like more flavor or something.

This place is awesome. Wherever I go, I order an Americano to test quality-was really surprised to get such great taste from a chain shop! And 20% cheaper than Starbucks here. One more thing, staff are 5-star--always enthusiastic, handle the rush of customers with positive energy-- been to 3 different sites and its like they are cloning these awesome workers! Very impressed.

These kinds of places are good for our society. They teach us to slow down, that we arent the center of the universe just because we are a paying customer, that the employees are more than servants for a few moments, but people with lives and stories. Dutch Bros is good for America. Also, Im not even a coffee-drinker. Just here for some gift cards and Im blown away.

Im a customer of Dutch Brothers at 29th St. and Bell Rd. I love the people there, they are very friendly and most know what I want before I order. The taste of my single shot Mocha in a 16 oz cup and 1 extra squrit of chocolate hot is the same Every Time. Thank you for being there when I need that extra boost in my day. Phyllis JC

The more I learn about this company and what they stand for the more impressed I am. Please dont change or compromise, good companys are far and few between!

Wonderful first timer experience! Ive never been to a Dutch Bros but this location definitely makes me want to come back! Staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like a person and not just another order! The mango green tea with a splash of honey is delightful and so refreshing. Loyal customer added!!!!

Very friendly and decent speed service(could go faster :P) Im a big fan of Dutch Bros and have been a dedicated buyer for T-83 Dutch Bros(1# in USA) but started coming here since I moved near by. Hope they start to know be by my signature drink I always buy, Large Black Tea Light Ice Surprise, Fruity please.

With about ten cars in the drive thru, the employees still overheard my wife order at the walk up window. Her drink was ready before I even made up my mind. And thank you girl who helped us, you were friendly, but not in my face. We had a nice experience, more than usual. First time at this location.

Sometimes the lines are super long but they still manage to service quickly. Coffee is way better than Starbucks or Duncan and much more potent as well. Prices are very cheap and they have an awesome loyalty program. Ill choose Dutch Bros over other drive thru coffee shops every time!

I have been come to this Dutch longer than any other, yes its busy, yes the drive thru window employees practically jump Im ur front seat, and yes the wait time is crazy but is the best one I have been too! I dont live close to it anymore but I still go when ever Im in the area.

Service is fantastic and quick. They always remember my drink. Coffee is better than the "leading" coffe shop around town. Frozen blended drinks you can taste the coffee in it. I would live there if there was room. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Hope you enjoy!

I do not miss a weekend at Dutch. I am in love with their coffee. The employees are awesome they always remember you. I am willing to wait in the incredibly long line. However, if there is a solution to this extremely long wait that would be fantastic.

This place is great if you want quality tasting coffee fast. The staff are always upbeat and happy to serve their customers. I really appreciate it when the lines start to get long the staff will run out and take your order in advance.

I love Dutch Bros but this location tends to mess up my drinks by making them with milk, and it takes so long to get the drinks anyway that I dont have time for them to fix it. Would recommend the other location on Bell and 62nd more.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have alot of variety (more than what is on the menu) and if youre not sure what to get just ask and they can recommend something you are sure to like. My favorite is the iced Bob Marley.
