The food is great. The customer service today was awful. A blonde girl named Bri was very rude when I asked if we could go ahead and pay for our to go order, or if we had to wait behind those getting salads and soups. She said we had to wait. When it was our turn to pay. She proceeded to reiterate to us that we need to wait our turn in a very rude and condescending manner. she then didnt offer us any drinks or cookies, my sister had to ask if she could buy a drink. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and my experience today left a bad taste in my mouth, one in which the food could not make up for. However the young lady who gave us our order, I believe her name was Cathleen, she was great and had awesome customer service.-- I will not be returning to this establishment.

I love the food, however the service was less than desirable. The first girl who helped me got irritated when I asked for a soup and salad. She rolled her eyes and curtly said, "You order those down the line." The girl who finished helping me and rang me up was friendly and cheerful. Finally, as I was seating myself I realized that 10 tables had not yet been cleared off and cleaned. When I looked back at the counter, two girls were standing and talking with each other as there were no customers in line. There needs to be improved customer service and cleanliness.

The sandwiches and soups are good. I would have given this place 4 stars if it werent for the lousy service. The girls there are extremely rude and rushed us through our order. We felt very unwelcome, like we were in Pergatory instead of Paradise. I know it was 8:00 pm when we came in, ladies, but its important to maintain hospitality no matter what time it is (speaking as someone who worked food service). Its also terribly cold in the restaraunt, even when wearing a coat. Please make it warmer in there. Both with temperature and attitude. Live up to your name.

The manager (girl with brown hair) was super rude and was not a team player to her employees. Wouldnt help them or me at all because she has "so much to do" isnt the customer the most important? We came early in the morning and I asked for the squash soup thats when she told me they wont have it for a long time because its seasonal. The next time I went (like a week later) they had the squash soup. Not only is she rude she doesnt know anything.

this location was not pleasant at all, the two girls working today made a big deal about them not ringing up the salad that I did say I wanted and had the nerve to talk about it as if I couldnt hear and after all of that didnt even put the chicken in the salad so that was nice and a joke. They asked if I ordered it after asking if it was put in the bag. SMH when you know a place has good food but horrible staff.

Good food, just wish the staff was a little more mature and on top of things, but other than that, great place. Even the restrooms were clean. *updating* visited this evening and they were playing some seriously NOT family friendly music. I actually was embarrassed to have my girls hear the lyrics while we used the restroom and it was loudly blaring. Id expect better from a family establishment.

The lady who talked to us first was really rude when we asked for a sandwich that is listed on the online menu. When we came back to order another girl explained that this location doesnt have the same menu options. They dont have the regular tomato soup at this location and its not a GF soup either. I was disappointed with most of the service. Though there were two girls who were pleasant.

I ordered a mocha with my lunch. Not only was there a glare from the girl behind the counter for daring to order such a thing (big Mormon town I guess) but the mocha was disgustingly sweet and Im pretty sure she didnt put any espresso in it. I also got corn chowder. It wasnt great either. Will not be going back.

Went back to Paradise restaurant after a long absence. Was craving the Fire-roasted Tomato Soup. Found out they had changed the recipe to some bland tomato soup! Why did they replace good soup with bad tasting canned soup? Also had a salad. The meat was very dry, even with the dressing. Will not be going back!

We get their food catered all the time and I really like the chicken salad sandwiches. The bread is slightly sweat and the chicken salad is very tasty. The other sandwiches are like any other you can get somewhere. Their chocolate chocolate chunk cookies are really good.

If you like good sandwiches, salads and soup this is one place to get that. Prepared while you look on and you can add our delete whatever you need as well. They also, have gluten free options, just let them know and they will help you with the menu.

Overpriced and understaffed, I guess. I have been in there with 6-8 people waiting in line, and only one of the 4-5 employees behind the counter seems to be allowed to help customers. Their food is good, but not worth the hassle.

Good food but the staff was just oblivious to customers. It took someone 10 minutes to realize I was waiting to order coffee and then they took a while for getting my sandwich out after I ordered that as well.

Ive had more than a few acts of kindess from the staff at this location. Im sad that they dont accept Discover cards, but it wont stop me from being grateful for such a wonderful group of people there.

Very few menu options, no healthy substitutions like egg whites or veggies to add. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful.
