Hilarious people complain about this place. Let me address some of the common complaints ~It is too expensive....So less $7-9ish for some pho or other entree is expensive? Have you been to other pho places in the valley? If so, you will realize that it is price very fair. ~It doesnt taste good....I might be a white guy but I have plenty of friends from Vietnam and Thailand. The food tastes good and the portions are nice. Food is served right with some bean sprouts, lime and jalapenos to add as you like. You can also season to taste with the soy sauce, fish sauce, chili paste, hoisin, and I think sriracha. So, for lunch or meeting friends I love this place. The staff is small so the wait might be more than some impatient people would find acceptable. However, since I have been eating here over the last few years it has never been so bad that I would not return. Only criticism, find the base for the passion fruit smoothie again. I really want another one

First time I have ever been here and first time I have ever tried Vietnamese food. I got the soft noodle soup with shrimp and a strawberry boba. We also tried the beef noodle soup. I also took it to go. I was a bit surprised when I took it to go. The beef was raw a required for you to cool it before eating. It wasnt a bad thing it was just unexpected. I did have to heat up my food when I got home because the broth wasnt hot enough. I am not sure if this is traditional. The food when all said and done was really good and next time I will eat at the restaurant instead of taking to go. I think I am going to check this place out again. The boba drink smoothie is hard to mess up and it was really good. Environment. The place is spotless clean. It was very enjoyable being there while I waited for my food. Super clean which means a lot. Pricing. Each meal on average was about $8.

We had just sat down and asked the server to give us a few minutes, but he continuously kept coming by, even rolling his eyes when we were not ready. Anyway, my friend got her Pho, and I got mine. She had to flag our server down to ask where her mothers meal was. He said he didnt know she ordered. Okaaay... Nevertheless, we all got our meals and enjoyed them. The Pho was accompanied by fresh mint leaves, lime and bean sprouts. It was super tasty and delicious!! Other condiments were on the table, and plentiful. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was great! The only other thing was that our drinks were never replenished. Three strikes!! So I give 4-stars for service.

Didnt like it one bit. The service was horrible didnt get seated for 10 minutes. Wasnt acknowledged until I started speaking in Vietnamese. Their veggies are reused and they "taste test" their boba and put their spoon back into the container and serve it to the customer. I just think when I go spend money at a place that I should get at least customer service and I wasnt given that. I am very upset that is my first and last time eating there. I would advise that when you eat here be careful. Just because it looks clean doesnt mean that the way that they make their food is. I am going to be more careful the next time that I go somewhere and spend my money.

The Pho was really good. As were the Spring Rolls w/ peanut sauce. Points off for the decor and strange table set up, the young waiter was nice but not professional. Brought us our check before asking if we wanted anything else , which we did, vietnamese coffee for both. Like we were being rushed out with an hour to go before closing. He then brought us only one ? and in a plastic cup with a straw. Comical to put it nicely.

Being half-Viet I have a background in vietnamese cuisine. The food was well made, definitely given the restaurant treatment and made presentable, while still maintaining the home cooked feel. I know boba is taiwanese, but they make a wonderful Taro Smoothie Boba. The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food was well prepared. Great Job Pholicious, my family and I look forward to eating there again soon!

We come here all the time, however, after tonight they have lost our business. We walked in at 8:32pm and they told us they stop serving after 8:30pm but will accept to go orders. Their hours of operations state they close at 9pm. I can understand if we walked in 5-10 min before 9, but we still had 30 minutes. This was very disappointing and we will be looking for a different pho place to go to.

A fairly nice place to get Pho with big portion sizes and good food. The restaurant is well kept other than a few minor things like cleaning supplies left out to the public eye. I felt an under-the-surface tension between the nice appearance of the restaurant and the relaxed feel you get from observing the employees walking in and out of the kitchen with their wifebeaters on.

My husband and I just came to enjoy Pholicious for the first time. I was so impressed by both the food and the service! The food was perfect; it had just the right amount of all the ingredients in it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they brought us the check without even having to ask, saving us time. I definitely want to make this a restaurant we frequently visit.

Absolutely adore this place, everytime we come they are on top of their A game, service is so fast and consistent. I eat here all the time and used to have it delivered to my job but they stopped delivering :( . My kids even love it, which is rare. Dont get taken back by the language barrier , the girls here will figure it out and it makes it so much more authentic!

Taste was very nice and the service was to notch. Portion was huge. Could have used a little more bail to add but was ok. The well done brisket is overdone and very tough and almost tasteless. But overall it was worth going just would have expected a slightly fatty brisket so it would be more tender and tasty.

Excellent bowl of phó. The service was quick and quiet, which I like in a phó place. Great price too, a bowl of phó and an order of egg rolls for $12.75 after tax! Most days you can hardly get through a fast food drive thru for less unless you scrap and eat off the "dollar" menu. This is now my go to phó place!

I have been going here for a very long. The interior has been made over and it is much nice and cleaner feeling than when it opened. The one thing however it is missing is consistency in the broth every day I have had Pho the broth always tastes different. Sometimes bland sometimes very rich and tasty.

Just got done having dinner here for the 1st time and I wasnt really happy neither was my husband. The chicken in my Pho taste like rotisserie chicken from Frys across the street. My husbands rice was super hard like it was leftovers from yesterday. Wont be going there again.
