Awful service. The ice cream was very good. But the guy that helped me, first off mixed in the wrong item and didnt make the right amount. He also didnt put it in a waffle bowl like I had asked. Then after realizing he made the wrong size he did not offer to add more, but he charged me for the size I had initially wanted instead of the tiny amount I got. The bottom of my waffle bowl wasnt even covered. That is how much was missing. I am very very irritated with this. I paid 16$ for my husbands funnel cake thing that was cold in the middle AND my tiny amount of ice cream. That was not worth it. If the manager was around I would have asked for a refund. Not happy. ☹️☹️☹️

The service was good and the store was clean. The location is awesome. The problem is the ice cream is just not very good, which is kind of a problem for an ice cream parlor. I dont normally get sick from ice cream but this ice cream seems to make me sick to my stomach, and this happens regardless of flavor, which is lack luster at best. Most recently, I got their smallest portion and could only finish 1/3 of it, and Im a guy that never has a hard time finishing ice cream. The taste was just OK if not bland, but Breyers or Thrifty is far, far superior. Sorry to say I will not be going back, and I’m confused at why people like this chain.

Went with a couple of friends here, most of the ice cream was good (even though we didnt get what we asked for); the service wasnt. The female employee that served us was rude and full of tenacity. She was certain we asked for something that we didnt. We accepted there was a misunderstanding and tried explaining what we wanted at the register, but the employee didnt even attempt to amend the problem. We ended up paying for two ice creams that were a size larger than we requested.

I would not recommend this cold stone to anyone. My wife had asked for a dipped cone with her ice cream the young lady grabbed a cracked one then my wife asked (Very nicely) if she could have one without damage, both young ladies coped an attitude. Suddenly the temperature in the room dropped 20 degrees, if you know what I mean. Its really a shame, Cold stone is one of our favorite places to get ice cream and it is right down the street from our house.

Ice cream is good...but one of the worst experiences Ive had at any place...A woman who works there with gages was very rude to this Asian woman for trying to explain as best as she could and all the woman who worked there could do was make fun of her and be very rude and very ignorant.

Great service, though its been busy every time I pass through, theyve always treated my family and I well. They seem to care about buisness especially with veterans.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST UNSANITARY COLDSTONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The service sucked, the employees did not wear hair-nets or a visors. I am absolutely disgusted.
