Terrible place. I have never had such a terrible experience in any of the Indian restaurant in AZ. I underwent such a worst experience. The food was not too great. They are ok. I would give 2 out of 5 for the quality and taste of the food. What frustrated me was the service. The people are crazy and they do not value customer . They made me to wait for a long time to get the main course. And it was more than 30 min for the desserts. And they did not even feel bad for making us to wait for such a long time. I happened to cancel my desserts order and leave. Even though , the waiter did not feel guilty . If you want to taste good Briyani in the town, better try Biryani and Bites located in Glendale. It is worth driving to there, instead of making it to this place :)

This is by far the best place in Arizona for Indian food; especially for Biryani and Entrée. Im a foodie myself and visited most of the restaurants in Arizona. The Biryani here is authentic and prepared afresh everyday unlike most restaurants that serve 3 days old Biryani. I visit this place at least once every week and love their well balanced lunch specials. Paradise Special Dum Biryani, Gobi Manchurian, Murgh Tangdi, Chicken Saag, Paneer Tikka Masala, Qubani Ka Meetha are some of my other favorites. I love their environment and the staff is very courteous. However, there is little wait time because of popular demand and I dont hold it against them. Its just a suggestion to the owner to look into.

I am giving 4 star rating only for their appetizers. And that too I have tried only one of them which is Gobi 65 which was really good and spicy. Fried cashews on top of it added an additional kick to it. My advice is too eat this as soon as possible because taking it as Togo and eating it like an hour later will ruin the experience. Having said that I have also tried veg biryani which I didnt like it. It lacked strong flavours and it was more like eating just rice. Compared to Gobi 65 which is packed with strong flavours, biriyani is a big let down.

To the people who work there, let’s use some hand sanitizers please, because you are serving customers in a restaurant and we, as customers, don’t want to know where your hands have been. I went to pick up an order. Waiter sneezed in his hands and without sanitizing his hands he gave me my food. Same hands serving food to others dining in. Sneezed hands not going to get you 5 stars hence 1 star.

This is a ridiculously pricey restaurant and the quality of food is ordinary. DO NOT order the family pack. What they say and what they deliver are completely different. They also dont care too much for customers. Bad food, Bad customer service, Pricey - Why would you go here when there are so many (better) options available. Avoid Avoid Avoid :)

I like this place a lot. Food has different taste than the others restaurants, Very Indian. I am a veggie so my review might be liked to 50% of menu. Mango lassi is something I take every time I am here. Only problem was very limited seats in there which can make your wait time 30-45mins during lunch time.

Went twice here, once during lunch, and once during dinner. Lunch combos are awesome. Biryani is good as well. No complaints. Staff is courteous and very polite. Hope they would continue the current standards. Have seen many places go from good to bad.

I ordered the chicken with bones biryani spicy and it is really good. The tikka masala is good too and they use actual tandoori grilled skewers chicken. This is now our new favorite indian place. Cant wait to go back.

The waitress needs to learn some serving etiquette. Priority of customers should be First in first out. Also handling plates and serving dishes with uncovered hands dipping into the food, is not appreciated

I have been waiting for Paradise to open in Chandler and I am glad they did. Finally got around to writing a review for this location. The food and location are perfect! Best biryani in town.

Food is good. Staff and service are great. Best Indian restaurant in Phoenix. Usually I hate going to Indian restaurant due to poor service and stale food but this one is great.

Tried this place for the first time. Welcome addition to the growing Indian restaurant market in Chandler. Chicken biryani was excellent. I hope the consistency is maintained.

Great food, biryani and sides. Had fun with extended family. Also try the Qubani. The server was quite knowledgeable, but the place is still tuning to improve its servicing.

Biryani is no more a biryani. Worst biryani & quantity got smaller. They sold me a kulfi for $2.5. You will be shocked how tiny that could be. Not going back again

Food is good. The egg Biryani is my favorite. If u need your food to be spicy, you have to let them know. The prices are bit high though.

Food was good but I waited almost 45 minutes for a single takeout order. Cant imagine having to wait that long at a sit down place.

Good Indian taste , but if you order online they pick the call and do not respond. Bad experience no good customer satisfaction.
