Let me tell you all a story. I ordered a # 10 (spicy chicken combo) with curly fries and med Dr. Pepper. The lady taking my order hands me my bag and I immediately notice that she gave me regular fries instead of curly. I understand that people make mistakes so I politely asked her if I could have the curly fries that I originally ordered instead. She hands me my curly ass fries and I drive all the way home to discover that my chicken sandwich had magically turned into a bacon cheeseburger from the time she handed me my bag to the time it took me to get home. I then took a sip of my Dr. Pepper and realized it tasted like coke. I had no idea that Dr. Pepper had changed their formula. So I drive my ass all the way back to get a refund and when I asked to speak to a manager, the lady refused to let me see one. She then went on assuring me that I had ordered the bacon ass cheeseburger, so I told her I did not want her to give me my correct order. Instead, I just wanted a refund. She refunded me but I had to accept in cash because I was afraid that this incompetent lady would be unable to do so electronically by refunding it to my card (which I had used to pay originally). I will not be returning to this particular "Jacks ass in a Box" anytime soon.

Came here with my man, after working and insane amount of hours at the hospital, I am tired and dressed comfy and just want to eat a jumbo jack cheese burger . Once order came in there was no cheese....which defeats the purpose of a cheese burger jumbo jack #4 but then the current manager made back talk about the customer (us) for being "an idiot about not asking for cheese" I was shocked the manager would complain about their customers out loud ....we heard...it all if the staff cant make a decent burger, this means what you have here is a horrible manager. Do not come here unless you want to have the same experience, or unless this manager is re-evaluated.

Please explain to your evening employees the value of customer service, when asked to make something fresh, insted of them complaining, about haveing to reach name an order remind them that we pay there paychecks and not receive had a job and help then to remember we the customers, and put smiles on there faces I thank all the employees at Jack in the box for working these late night hours I understand there frustration maybe remind them that they get a paycheck and to be grateful for that, thank you and thank you Jack in the box employees

I was at the drive through window this morning at 9:00 a.m. No one could leave this restaurant in a bad mood. The young woman at the drive through was the most pleasant customer service oriented person Ive ever met. I called the restaurant to compliment her and the manager was the same way. Major compliments to the manager and her training of the staff here. Please keep that same wonderful young lady at your drive through so everyone out here in the east valley can have her sunshine brighten our day!!!

Just had my second visit - I will never go again. People are left standing at the counter waiting to place their orders. The counter people wander off and leave customers waiting. I saw two entire families leave during the twenty minutes I waited for my order,because they couldnt get waited on. When I finally asked about my order, it had mysteriously disappeared. The counter man/manager demanded my receipt. He never gave me the receipt. No thanks Jack, your restaurant sucks!

I used to love this jack in the box. But lately the service has gone down hill and two times in the last 3 months ive gotten food poisoning... I want to love this place but its hard to when you are hugging a toilet or cant get to one fast enough...
