This is a real hit and miss location and I believe this is due to the possible high turnover of cooks. I have been here on multiple occasions and noticed different folks in the kitchen each time. One thing I am not a big fan of at all at this location is the egg roll, they are always burnt or just arent as fresh as they should be. The hit and miss issue here is the chicken options, sometimes the chicken selections (orange chicken/sweet fire chicken breast) are clearly fresh and cooked perfectly, other times the chicken tastes like it was frozen for a bit too long or cooked longer then it should have been. Either way, I dont mind coming back once a month to see if things have improved or not.

I have always loved panda express. One if my favorite places to eat. Until now, for the last month the panda express in Park City UT has been nothing but horrible food and upsetting service. They never have food prepared, i am usually trying to explain to them what i want over and over. The employees seem annoyed that they have to do their job. i am terribly upset and i will not be coming back to this location and i will spread the word. I used to really love this place. I would have giving them a 5 star any day. Oh and while i sit here for my last time in panda they are closing early (while people are still ordering). Thats all. Goodbye.

Very Very Busy Location!!! I had a great experience here though. Cade B. was awesome. He was the front cashier and the only cashier that was helping customers and he was a champ at getting people taken care of and keeping the line moving. He also helped us out when the servers didnt put very much of an entree in our meal and he quickly made things right and got us more to make sure we were satisfied. He did a fantastic job at making sure everything was handled and quality was kept.

Ordered online, with a specific pick up time. When I arrived to pick up my order it was not even pulled from the ticket. Had to ask for my order to be filled. Then had to wait extra long for them to fill my order. Menu item I order was out and they wanted me to wait even longer for the item that I ordered if I wanted it. I was annoyed that I had to wait extra long and my order was not even pulled.

Way too busy. I called in to avoid the lines. They told me it would be 15 mins. I waited 20 before I even got there to give some more time. When I got there, I told them I called in. They said they would get it. I waited another 15 minutes as they ignored me even though I asked for my order. Never got the food. Its probably tasty. Just know its really busy and dont expect much customer service.

Maybe it depends on who is cooking the day you visit? The day I went the food was really good, no burning or skimping. The $1 extra thing is dumb tho. A girl named Carla took my order, she was super friendly and quick. I know Panda is fatty but it soooo yummy! Good food, nice employees, Ill go back to this location.

First time Ive been disappointed with a Panda Express. Cost was above usual, chow mein was REALLY burnt (not a little), they throw in a hidden $1 extra fee for all the good entrees, and the girl up front seemed very annoyed that she had to serve us food. Too bad, I really like Panda Express.

Its a normal Panda Express ... reasonable quality fast food. This location is clean and the food is freshly prepared (all good). The only downsides are that it can get crowded and parking is a bit limited close by (but theres lots of nearby parking so isnt a big deal).

Such nice people that work there. Felt very welcome and the owner of this specific one was so kind. Food tasted great, even at the end as they were closing up. Will definitely make an effort to come back to this location.

Im a regular here. staff is friendly and do their jobs very well. The kitchen is very clean and the tables are constantly cleaned as well. Im not usually a fan of Panda Express but the food and service here are excellent.
