This is probably one of the best places in town to find vegan items. Yet when I went to the deli section today and asked what they served that was vegan I was asked if I want chicken. Considering this is supposed to be a natural foods grocery/deli the staff needs to be a lot more knowledgeable of what they have and apparently what veganism even is. Highly disappointed today.

Wonderful selection of alternate grocery items for the health-minded shopper including bulk spices, tea, coffee, grains. And they dont send me home with an unnecessary surplus of plastic bags. Folks criticize this place for the outrageous prices. Well, nobody can put a price on good health, except for doctors and fitness trainers.

They are always helpful. On our last visit They helped my son pick out a birth day present for mom. Figure out a better vitamin for my father, and recommend new products for my wife to try. Its always nice to go in this store.

Good place for vitamins also has a real nice daily with some good southern foods also has a nice selection of root beer and other soda pops from refrigerator cooler.
