This was my second time to dine at BS. The first time was quite delightful. I love the beer selection and atmosphere. However, I recently returned with a friend of mine to enjoy a craft brew and dinner. This might have been the worst bar service I have witnessed. When we entered the building we were not greeted. We then took seats in the bar area (not at the bar) with menus. We watched the bartender serve several other people without greeting us. There were no other servers around so we assumed it would necessary to take a seat at the bar. After we took seats at the bar the bartender asked what we wanted. She seemed to be having the worst day of her life. She was unhappy, rude, and ill mannered. We asked a few questions about brews we were unfamiliar with and she offered no answers. My friend asked a question in regard to what type of beer one particular draft was. Her response was, "Its out." He asked again what type it was. She replied louder, "It has a blue cap. Its out." After we ordered a beer we opened our menus to make a selection for dinner. We closed the menus, hoping that would signal that we made a selection. She walked by us six times without saying anything. She did not seem to be busy. I finally got her attention to ask how much our beers would cost. I left the exact change and we departed. We went next door to Jonathans and received great service. This occurred Monday, Jan 18, 2015. It was approximately 6:00 PM.

Had lunch there today, food was mediocre. Service was terrible. Not sure if they were short handed or not. The waitress was snippy and not friendly. Seemed annoyed when we asked for anything, never prebussed any plates from appetizers or salads so we had a cluttered table and it was very appealing to move our dishes around gay should have been taken so that we had room for meals. When we were asking questions she was yelling at a other waitress to run her food to another table and said it very annoyed so that we knew she was busy. We dont make it to franklin often, but when we do, we wont be going back.

Large drink selection. Food is hit or miss. Never get the grilled or fried chicken queso. You get like the tiny tenders on a bed of plain white rice with barely any cheese sauce. The chicken tenders basket "appetizer" comes with six tenders and fries for basically the same price. You can substitute the honey mustard for mojo ranch and make a decent meal of it.

I was extremely surprised that Broadway Brewhouse has wayyyyy better service than Brewhouse South. (considering their locations) Our service was so incredibly slow here, and it was late on a weeknight with hardly any customers. We were only ordering drinks and I think our waiter would forget to put the orders in sometimes.

Great beer selection and clean taps, knowledgeable bartenders and good bourbon selection. Food was not amazing, but I only had the queso (hey, its a barometer ...). Good music selection and very convenient for the hotels in the area. Recommended, and will try the jerk chicken pizza next time.

Not too busy, food and drinks well priced, parking and bathroom ample. Speed of service average, great atmosphere and plenty of TVs to watch the games. They could use more bartenders and chairs, but overall worth the visit for a more casual hang out

We always have a great experience here and have had multiple servers and bartenders. The prices are decent and a few things are a little overpriced for what you get but still worth it. Rachel V. And Graham have been the best servers weve had so far!

Great beer selection, decent prices, ok food- TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! There are too many options in this area to be stuck with rude, and slow bartenders- not ALL of them, but its annoying enough that youd have to pull my leg to get me to return.

Just like they claim, the biggest selection of draft beers in town. Great patio and lots of seating inside, but the service service often seems understaffed and can be slow. Make sure to try their bushwhackers (spiked milkshakes)

Terrible service. Food was not the best. Decent beer selection. It shouldnt take 15 mins to get a drink. I ordered to gumbo. Got a piece of chicken fat and rice it was supposed to come with chicken and shrimp. Guess they forgot

Best beer specials in town, the wait staff is amazing, and the food is not only good but incredibly affordable. Oh, and they have a ton of tvs and willing to change them to whatever sporting event you want to watch!

The beer selection is unbelievable, but the service at the bar was pretty nonexistent. The bar staff came to our table only after "flagging" her down, then she would only take 1 out of 4 drink orders at a time.....

Huge beer selection just like the downtown location. Food menu is pretty diverse too, but there are other locations I prefer to get food from more. Great for large groups or to watch some sports at though.

Great place to watch the game. When Im in town I like to watch games here. Took a whole got them to put the Preds game on.... I know their not doing so hot this year but they are the home team.

We host a monthly car gtg here due to the large variety of beer and food. Service is mostly good but occasionally we catch them on a bad night. Overall its been great for groups of 10-15.
