If you are not Accustom To Southern Style Cooking Dont Go. Hamburger stake was more like meatloaf and grease. Yams were like can and tasted off. When asked if I liked everything when paying I stated no and explained why, was not even offered any reduction.

This restaurant is excellent, and a good value. I came for lunch; and had the lunch special. Salmon croquettes, macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw, and turnip greens along with corn muffins and a cold iced tea to drink. I will eat here again.

Food is always good. Light portions. They seem understaffed at times and do not have time to associate with the patrons. But the food is always good. They do not accept debit or credit cards. Cash or local checks only.

The food is great, always a good variety of sould food dishes you cant find no where else. The only downside is that you must carry cash to eat here. Other than that ive never been disappointed to enjoy lunch here.
