They always mess up my orders, they charge me for it all, plus make me wait while they make it and still half of it is missing when I arrive home. I live a drive aways and this is the only one close to me and when you call them the number is never in service. Love popeyes, but this one is ran horribly and needs some help!! Giving popeyes a bad name for bad service!!

Arrived at the drive thru and waited for a few minutes just to be told "just a minute", waited for 5 minutes before I could even place my order. After that I sat in line for over 20 minutes along with 4 other cars even though the restaurant lobby was empty. Food was good but they had over 20 minutes to make it! Never going back there ever!

I have been to popeyes in prattville several times, alwaysgood food and customer service. Tonight was exceptional!!!!! The manager and the cashier was above and beyond what you would expect. Them as well as the kitchen workers are what the definition of customer service is!!! I will be coming back every time I come this way!!!!

Spicy option and variety of sauces is really what sets them apart from KFC. Check your order before you leave because sometimes the staff lacks attention to detail.
