So I posted on the Florence Krystal page that I waited for twenty minutes in line for a shake to be told at the window that they were out. Then I drove across the river to get one after I called ahead to make sure they were working, and this is what I got. The cups arent even full, and the chocolate wasnt mixed. Ill never go to Krystals again.

Good for a fast food place, management is responsive, have given me free food on the rare circumstance my order wasnt right, have had pleasant interactions with all the staff there

I got the mix 5 for $5 deal and got 4 Krystals w/ cheese and a shrimp poboy. The only thing that was hot and fresh was the poboy the rest wasnt fresh and was cold.
