Wanted to try the new $9 box with the Deep Deep Dish Pizza and Cheesy Italian Bread. When I received the box and opened it, the food looked no where near what the commercial was advertising. If I couldve taken a picture of the food, youll see exactly what I mean. When I went back to the 6th Avenue location, The worker glanced at me and walked away at first. After I got his attention for the second time and tried to explain to him what was the issue, the employee told me that the crust didnt spread all the way. If it didnt spread all the way, why didnt you just remake the food instead of being a complete jerk about it. He refused to give me a refund, and tried to keep every buck to himself. Instead of getting a refund, he exchanged us for a sausage pizza and crazy bread. Oh... and the Crazy Bread was still SLIGHTLY RAW... Let me tell you guys now, once you read this review. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! GO TO THE ONE ON DANVILLE ROAD! Youll be treated a whole lot better and the pizza looks "A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!!"

consistently slow and the pizzas are poorly made I usually have to drive all the across town to the one on Danville road to get a good pizza made the mistake of going to this one again ordered a pretzel pizza was told to pull around waited nearly 10 min then went back into the drive through waited another 10 min man at the window said that they had dropped my pizza we asked for the money back then he started getting an attitude and changed his story saying that he came out and no one was there which is funny because we could still see the parking spots for about 15 min.

The first time I came here they said 10 minutes for wings. They came out to my car 30 minutes later and told me they forgot to cook the wings and they dropped my pizza in the floor so it was going to be another 20 mins. The second time I wait 20 minutes for 3 pizzas and then they say they have to recook one. Terrible place! They need to hire people that know what they are doing! I will never be back!

Called in 30 mins in advance. Got there and still had to wait 15 minutes before they got my order wrong. Told them to keep it. Unfortunate because i was counting on a possible hot in ready to replace what i ordered just so i could get the kids fed on a school night. No possible fix. 3 other people waiting in line behind me unfortunately had to follow me out. Cant sell off an empty wagon

Only redeeming quality of this store is the nice cashier that waited on us upon entering. We had called in 30 minutes ahead of time only to find out they didnt even bother ringing up rhe order. To top it off they had people who had been waiting in the drive thru for close to 45 minutes. Cook crew was extremly rude to cashier asked where the food was that everyone was waiting on.

Not sure about the other reviews, but Ive regularly enjoyed the fast and hot service Little Caesars is known for here. Theres a clean drive-thru for hot and ready orders, and they handled a large (over 40 pizzas) catering order in the morning very well. Give them a shot, Im sure itll be good

I personally had a bad experience. I repeated order 3-4 times at the intercom. Got to the window and the employee asked for me to repeat the order 2-3 more times. I understand the intercom wasnt working but there come a time where pen and paper can become useful.

The food is not fantastic but the girl called Sam is very good with people and my son like the pizza there for whatever reason. Lol so as long as that polite young lady, Sam, is working I will continue to buy pizza from there for my kids.

Nobody is expecting gourmet quality at these prices, but the food is fine for the price. In my experience the service at this location is much better than the other location in town on Danville Road.

Pizza and cheese bread was perfect, however customer service was slow. Cashier took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge I had entered store, was my order was completed cook had to bring it out.
