So at approximately 6pm my spouse walked in to get the pizza to find the manager, who had just walked back in the store, and hes was vulgarly yelling at the girl working. My spouse said hey man and the manager stopped. My spouse asked for the corporate number.. then we arrived home about 625 p.m and our pizza was full of bubbles and we didnt even have the correct food. I called back and he said to come back I told him Im at my sons bday party I couldnt just come back and he rudely said there was nothing he could do then I had 24 hrs to brink back wrong items and he would even right down my name then hung up on me..... how terrible to treat your employees that way in front of a customer and then treat us rude.

Depends when you visit. They have improved drastically in the last 6 months. Usual wait time for a good pizza is 10-15 minutes. Make sure to call ahead to get a "hot and ready pizza"
