The staff at Spotted Cow is lovely. They never seem to be unhappy in their job, and really thats the most important thing. The shop has a calm atmosphere, always playing music that doesnt make me want to rip my hair out. Food menu is vegan friendly -- oatmeal and granola if you want breakfast (which I tend to order after 12pm) and vegan ice cream or the occasional Mighty-O if you want dessert. Not sure if its the espresso or the brand of milk, but their Almond milk / soy lattes are weirdly delightful. The coffee flavor comes through in a smooth and satisfying way. My favorite place for a vegan latte in the Everett/Mill Creek area. If you become a regular like me, youll start recognizing lots of faces in the customers around you. SC fosters community. This, the great menu and the cozy seating make it the perfect space for your coffee ritual, whatever that looks like. ☕

Im really happy with the coffee. Their Ethiopian single-sourced drip is really great proof that lightly roasted coffee doesnt have to be weak. Very simple, straightforward lattes, pretty great flavor in espresso if you like a really strong coffee flavor but not a burnt bbq aftertaste. Baristas are very knowledgeable. The only downside is its a bit pricey - comparable to Starbucks pricing, maybe a little less. If you dont mind the little bump in cost, it really is a great value for well crafted coffee. Best part? Theyre not snobs about it. They have the attitude that they want to share good tasting coffee with people, not hold it over their heads. Very hipster vibe, but the people are extremely warm and welcoming. Would recommend to friends :)

If youre looking for an alternative quaint good cup of coffee you have to stop into Spotted Cow located in the award winning Mill Creek Town Center. Spotted Cow offers the usual, coffee/lattes, pastries, home made gelato, and other healthy assortments youd come to expect from a local coffee house. The atmosphere at Spotted Cow is light and relaxing. You can come hang out with your friends or get some work done with the free wifi. Something note worthy is the kids play area so you can stop in and not worry about the kiddos climbing up the walls. Sit back and enjoy your cup-a-joe at Spotted Cow. The alternative casual coffee solution.

We come in here a couple times a week. Have been coming for months. Today the owners were not there. The male and female barista working at 11am had better things to do then make coffee. Took 30 minutes for them to make an Americano. The coffee didnt taste good and they messed up our drinks. Hopefully when we come in again it isnt so bad. Also it wasnt even busy. They only had our 3 drinks sitting there. Seems like when the owners are there the service and coffee is much better. I understand them not being able to be there all the time.

Some of the best coffee you can get! They also have great tea! Everyone that works there is very friendly and will to chat. They do foam art which I absolutely love. :) My favorite drink to get is a dirty chia latte. The space is really great they have a bunch of tables, some comfy chairs and a coach. Its usually pretty packed with people but if you have a group meeting up there you can reserve the back table which is large enough for about 8 people and there is a small table next to it that could fit about four more.

"Ill help you in a minute" says the lady at the register. Just wanted to order gelato and there was no one in front of me. She and the other in the kitchen were preparing orders. Obviously, the role of the lady was to take orders and the male serving them. I stood in front of the ice cream refrigerator for more than ten minutes in proximity of the lady and no response. None of them cared to take a glance at me. By the way, they were both VERY sluggish. Walked out the door upset without ordering. Never again.

Its really weird, but I dont recall ever finding a place such as the Cow, that makes, "perfectly" the only espresso type drink I enjoy. When I first experienced this, I thought it was an anomaly, but no; any barista on duty makes it the same, Perfectly. Sadly, I had to quit coffee recently, but...I still enjoy this guilty pleasure, one day a week, and, you wanna guess where I go to experience this guilt? You got it, its the Cow or back to tea for me.

So glad I was pointed to this place! Excellent coffee and great choice of alternative milks: almond, hemp, soy. They use my hometown Pacific Barista Series unsweetened almond milk. The atmosphere is perfect. Great tables and lots of them. Meeting table and really comfy chairs too. They have quite the gelato selection as well.. cant wait to try it! My favorite part, the WiFi - it is nice and fast so I can actually work really well here.

The Spotted Cow is a great place to gather, meet a friend or work on a project. This is the closest place for gelato and they have a great selection of delicious gelato. The challenge is they offer very little portions (tiny scoops) for a big price. The very small cup with 2 scoops didnt even come close to the top of the tiny cup at the price of just under $5 with tax for one person. For 3 of us with 2 scoops it was just under $15.

This is one of my favorite spots in all of the Mill Creek Town Center. The people are wonderful, and its a place that fosters community and relaxation. It has an outdoor area that is dog friendly, while indoors it has various seating options, so if you are looking for a table or a comfy armchair you will be able to find it here. Personally, my favorite days are the ones when I come in and get to see their precious puppy.

I have been going on and off over the last 8 years. It was one of the very first places my now -husband and I went when we first started hanging out. It is nice to have a relaxed atmosphere place where you can listen to music, play a game, or hang out with friends. Last week I had a meeting there and it may be louder than a conference room, but we had gelato, sorbet, and coffee

I love this place. They have great coffee and teas, Iv not yet had the gelato but will one day! Its got a great atmosphere and is a fun place to just go relax and read a book or do some work! Theres a long table at the back you can "book" for small group meetings and the community board where you can buy drinks for people and surprise them is genius!

I wanna give it 5 stars, but I cant. The barista was terribly grouchy! No hi- no thank you- not even a single smile. At least at Starbucks u can always count on giving ur money to someone who smiles and says thank you! Thats kind of a big deal in this economy...when your paying a little less than $5 for a coffee! Otherwise...everything was great!
