We had a reservation made for Saturday mid-morning (11:30am) for a group of friends who were coming in from out of town. When the first part of our group arrived (at 11:15am) the manager informed us that they would not seat us until our entire party was there and that they would only hold our table for 10 minutes after the reservation. 2 minutes prior to our "time being up" (her words) all but 3 people had arrived... The other car with our remaining guests were just a few minutes out (by the BOA-Mill Creek). When we spoke with the manager she insisted that they would give our table away if we were not all there in 2 minutes. When the car arrived, with our out of town guests, the manager informed us that she gave our table away and that she could now only seat 8 of our group of 15, and the rest would have to wait for a separate table to be opened. We were appalled at the horrible customer service and will NOT be back. We will be spreading the word that this is NOT a place you want go and support. We instead headed over to Tablas in the town center where they took such good care of us, like we were actual human beings and not trash. We hope the owner is able to read this, and can take care of the matter with his/her staff. We were appalled.

I visited this cafe around noon on a Monday. I was a little skeptical pulling up as it is located in a small strip mall but was pleasantly surprised once I went inside. I was greeted immediately upon entering and even though there was just one of me, they seated me in a very nice spot near the large front windows. The other patrons were a mix consisting primarily of mixed groups of adults but there were also several tables of families with children. Every employee was friendly and attentive. My water never ran dry, the waitress came to welcome me and take my drink order immediately, and coffee refills were frequent. I have dietary restrictions and my waitress was more than willing to accommodate my requests. Even though the restaurant remained fairly busy, it was never too noisy and the waitress checked in regularly. The food itself was good with a home-cooked sort of feel.

My husband and I love this place! It has a really nice cozy atmosphere and definitely has a mom and pop kind of feel. The place is well decorated and has a rustic feel. All of the waiters, waitresses, and front desk staff are very nice, well mannered, and respectful. They always check on you and your table to make sure you are fully happy of their service and the food. The coffee I can tell is freshly brewed and its their own original brew and the food is delicious and makes you feel your eating breakfast at grandmas or at your moms. I would have to say that the food here are everyones favorite comfort food. Would 100% reccomend this place to friends and anyone who truly loves a good breakfast. :)

Everything was on point. Alcoholic coffee. Was dope. Bloody Mary was my favorite thus far. I had bacon eggs and a waffle. Eggs were cooked perfectly. No runny egg whites, perfectly cooked yolk and properly seasoned. Bacon was so good. I wish I could buy their bacon instead of every other bacon Ive ever purchased. Waffle was so good. Crispy but fluffy and sturdy enough to butter and syrup without being too absorbent. Service was great. Not too crowded even though it was full. Need a reservation!!! Fiancée had vegetarian Benedict with tomatoes and avocado. The only thing that wouldve been better was a longer toast on the English muffin. Love it. New brunch spot.

Ill start off by saying our waiter was excellent. Attentive but not annoying. The food was okay. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid. For 2 coffees, 2 breakfast entrees, and tip we spent $50. I wouldnt complain if the food was amazing but my eggs were a little runny, the bacon undercooked and they served the coffee with heavy cream which made me feel like I had to chew my coffee before swallowing. My husbands french toast was nothing to write home about either. All of our food was under seasoned as well. I would suggest somewhere else where youre not paying an arm and a leg to have breakfast.

I normally go to the pattys up in Everett. Since I was down in Mill Creek I thought I try out the one there. I orderd off the lunch fair a philly cheese steak . WOW I want to say it was just as big as a sub foot long. I found it tasteless and the meat was very chewy. The vegetables where chopped in a way that they kept falling out of the sandwich. So after struggling on a tough piece of meat for a bit I got it to go took it home cooked the meat a bit more until tender and added a bit more veggies and cheese. I think for the amount of money I spent there I will stick to the Everett one on 128th.

Arrived just before 9AM - waited around 20 minutes for a table for -4- plus toddler. Ordered food - received in fairly quick order. When I received my plate - I moved it a bit and the underside of the plate was crusty. UGH. So, I enjoyed my Eggs Florentine Benedict. Didnt get asked about refills for coffee - has to request. The main reason Im writing this review - is because I found a short black, fine hair at the bottom of the plate. I have long hair. Im not really interested in coming back. The food was ok - but the cleanliness was a big turn-off for me.

My favorite breakfast stop by far. This place truly is a gem. Wait staff is always helpful and timely. The food is over the top, large portions, affordable, and delicious. Not your average breakfast diner. Make sure you get the original coffee and taste it before you cream and sugar, its one of a kind made for the Pelican. Sometimes the wait can be long, but worth it. 45 minute wait...still worth it. Thanks Pelican staff for the hard work and high standard you bring to the table, well be seeing you again soon and for many years to come!

This location sucks. I have visited the location on Bothell everett hwy and that is nice. Based on that I visited this location, expecting the same service and quality and man, was I in for a rude surprise. Every possible aspect of the experience was worse except the ambience. The server didnt even know how to serve water without ice. The food they served were cold and horrible taste. I asked them why this place is so different from the one on Bothell everett hwy and they said they are owned by a brother.

Went here for brunch today. We were a group of four. Place was packed. 45 minute eta and inside wait area full. Waited outside and seen many more continue to come and go related to wait time. Once inside service friendly. Better menu selection than most smaller places. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Chicken fried steak was crisp w creamy country gravy. Biscuit was fluffy, warm, and tasty. Others had a magnolia omelette, banana pecan pancakes, and veggie eggs Benedict. Would go here again.

While certainly on the higher priced side of a breakfast/brunch spot it is definitely a tasty option. I had the hash and enjoyed it immensely. They make their own and you can tell. If you go on a Saturday or Sunday be prepared to wait. The lines can be long. The frustrating thing is that if they were to re-work their seating they could accommodate a few more tables where there is currently wasted space. Overall the RP is a great upscale breakfast spot.
