Menu item listed: Nachos: Quartered corn tortillas, deep fried until crispy golden and topped with melted cheese $7.25. I called to place a To Go order including a large drink, side of queso, order of chips & salsa. Almost a $20 ticket. Gentleman says the prices have changed and that this Nacho is now $12.95. Chips & Cheese is now $12.95. They dont do substitutions and regardless of the items for a nacho it will be $12.95 for chips and cheese. I cancelled my order. So instead of offering the customer a fair price for a fair offering they chose to be negligent in updating their menu (see bait and switch) over price their food and ultimately say we dont care about our customers.

From out of town and this was close to my hotel. They dont have a bar area (where I normally sit when alone) but do have a full bar. I asked about a certain drink, which is a portland (home town) thing, but they dont have it. He tried to accommodate me, but I felt bad keeping him from other customers so I just ordered off the menu. The whole staff was very polite and kept checking in on me. Reviews say its expensive, I didnt think it cost much more than home, where we dont have tax.

No issues with the service here, but the food is like 1/4 of a star above Taco Bell. Seriously though tacos with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese, in a flour tortilla. There was not even cilantro on the tacos, far cry from "Mexican food". Also their prices are super high for the quality of food, $15 for basic Taco Bell tacos with rice and beans. Disappointing to say the least, especially being the only Mexican restaurant in Dupont.

Just ate here for the first time. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and our food was great. I ordered the carne asada tacos and my wife got the pollo la crema. Both dishes were excellent. The carne asada was cooked perfectly. The taco had just the right amount of onions and cilantro. The chicken was moist and the sauce was very flavorful. The chips and salsa were also quite tasty. Well be back.

Our first time at Viva and we were pleasantly surprised. We are from Missouri and travel often. Mexican food is always our "go to" so, we consider ourselves a decent judge when it comes to restaurants. We had the beef nachos, taco salad, a couple of margaritas and the strawberry fried icecream. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the margaritas were tasty. We will be back before we head back home!

I couldnt disagree more with the bad reviews. My wife and I eat here at least once a week. The service is fantastic. The staff treats you as you expect to be treated in a small town restaurant. The food is very well done, and they serve the best tortilla soup of any restaurant we have visited from Portland to Canada. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits or lives in Dupont.

Chips and salsa were good for starters. Seated quickly and drinks were close behind. Taco Tuesdays have happy hour pricing for their Tacos and the Carnitas were excellent. Green sauce had exceptional flavor without being spicy (although I love spicy) and the Chile relleno was super as well. Dinner for two with a large beer was only $33. Would definitely go back for the food.

On day trip from Portland vacation, just a break from driving. Looked inviting. Many military people in uniform there- good sign( locals like the place). Fast lunch seating, service and food delivery. Good food, good price, very clean, bathrooms very clean. Had to wait a bit to long for check to arrive at table but this in no way spoiled our overall pleasant experience.

Fast seating but service was horrible. Very rude. When talking to them they were always looking somewhere else. Not once did we see a smile. They brought us the wrong food as well. The menus were dirty (salsa inside) and when we mentioned it we only got an "ok" and she walked away. Not very pleased. Was the last time weve been there.

Hated this restaurant! First the waiter brought a wrong order and then after he finally replaced it with the right one; there was a piece of hair in the food which was very disgusting. Their customer service is not only very poor, but extremely rude. 0 star out of 10 stars Worst Restaurant EVER

My party of three voted: 4, 5, and 5. They are pretty picky vegetarians. All were very happy. I only had the scratch made margarita - it was good, as I had eaten earlier. Service was very good and accommodating. (We are in the restaurant business too in another city.) We would eat here again.

Totally disgusted by the food. The ingredients are not fresh, how much do you like canned meat in your burrito? Well if you do then expect to pay way too much. The only thing I did like was the chips and salsa. Thw person that rated it Best Ever must be the owner or manager.....

Menu and management have improved significantly. Service is definitely faster and more attentive. Prices are reasonable and food portions are plenty. Definitely competes with several of the Mexican restaurants in Lacey, and I dont have to leave Dupont.

Im a custom to mexican food closer to the border and this was just not it. The food wasnt bad but it wasnt amazing either. Service was good but if I am going to pay 48 dollars for 1 adult and 2 small children to eat it should be way better quality.

2 bean burritos for $24 dollars. Thats the most overpriced burrito of my life. I cant believe they charge that much for that. A bean burrito any where else is$ 3 to $5. Never coming here again

I may change my mind later, but it was - okay. I suppose having lived in Phoenix the last 10 years, where there are mom and pop Mexican restaurants with great food, gave me higher expectations.

Not the best. Ground beef taco meet had no flavor and was mushy and runny. Lettuce wasnt fresh and hardly any cheese on taco. My husband got fajitas which he said werent bad.

First time to this restaurant. Service was amazing. Fast and courteous. Food came out in a timely manner. Fajitas for 2 had enough to take home and continue to eat some more!

Its pretty good. When they say the burritos are wet they arent kidding. My burrito was soupy. I would definitely go again and try something else though.

Our family usually eats here once a week. We love the younger waiter. He is so on the ball and the food is yummy. Especially the queso dip!

The meal was very quick for being lunchtime. That certainly was a plus. The downside: The burrito was on par with one from 7 Eleven.

My favorite place to go. Always quiet, with great food and friendly staff. We come in so often they treat us like family.
