I would like to begin by saying Qdoba has good food; However, the service at this location was awful. The first girl to service my coworker and I already had an attitude with us from the start. Not to mention she was making mad faces at us the entire time. Unfortunately, we did not catch her name, but shes young and wears glasses. Then (what seemed to be the manager of the location) stepped in and helped us out better. He mentioned that we should place our order online next time. We heard this three more times during the five minutes that we were there. "You should place the order online and picked it up". Now, its understandable that placing an order online would be easier for the employees, but they should not have to pressure and repeatedly tell a customer that they shouldve placed an order online instead of coming in. It seems rude. We also asked for cheese and salsa on the side, however, they gave us the smallest cups they had available. The cup they gave us probably holds 1.5 teaspoons worth of salsa, and we seen they had bigger cups on the side which they neglected to provide us. Overall, Im glad there are people who had a positive experience at this location, but for my coworker and I, the service was poor and they projected their frustration openly which is not professional. For anyone who is running to Qdoba on a limited time crunch during your lunch break, I would like to point out that there are at least 7 other restaurants nearby this location that I would highly recommend visiting instead of this one.

So....I used to go to this Qdoba all the time since its close to my job. I would sometimes notice things that were a little off (like the worker I saw going directly from sweeping to making tacos without washing his hands first and the cashier who asked me for pain pills once). But about a month ago, I witnessed a food prep worker cough onto her arm and then proceed to make my food. That same day, the cashier...who also bagged my chips...scratched her scalp before placing her hand into my bag to fill it with chips. I didnt say anything then, and I bought the food and left. But I was so disgusted that I immediately threw it out. I was also on my lunch break so I didnt have time to ask to speak to a manager or go back for a refund. I had to find somewhere else to eat and wound up paying for another lunch. So, I am no longer a customer at this location.

I was sad when they closed many locations around Chicago. But glad this one remains. Their Queso is something else. Pour it over everything! with a side of it go please! My god that stuff is addicting. Has better flavors to me than Chipote but sadly Qdobas are hard to come by now in the city. Wish they would come back, at least the one that used to be on Chicago Ave. Id used to go there all the time. This one is a bit out of the way but Ill make the trip when in the area or for special occasions. Also they have those cool Coke soda machines where you can make your own flavors.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I came in for a refresher on why I didnt come back in the first place. It could have been just a bad incident, but it is now confirmed. Ive only been in the place for breakfast so this review is for the breakfast portion, it may be better for regular meals. The two dollars savings for not going elsewhere is a big trade of. I must admit that the actual food is kind of tasty, but the service is a circus. So far there is nothing to love at Qdoba, maybe just slightly like on a occasion very far and wide in between.

I like the food, but this location has some particularly rude (and incompetent staff). Im not sure what the issue is, but several times theyve been completely disorganized during a rush and have to ask each person repeatedly what they want on their food. On the flip side, there are also some solid staff too (specifically the manager is great and a couple of the guys who usually cook but step forward when it gets busy), but its hard to get past the incompetence of the few. All that said, Im addicted to their queso dip so I keep going back :P

If you are going to compare Qdoba with Chipotle, its definitely better in all possible ways: the food quality or taste. I personally ordered the grilled adobo chicken burrito bowl with lots of veggies which should be considered healthy nutritionwise. It was crowded but the cafeteria service was pretty quick. Also the guacamole was better than Chipotle. P.S. If you want to use their restrooms, ask for the restroom penny at the counter, if you dont want be embarrassed.

I ate at this place over once a week for two years when I lived in Downtown Chicago. I simply love their Veggie Gumbo - its the best mexican fast food I have ever eaten in the US. Hot - in both senses of the word, delicious and filling, its a perfect early dinner or lunch craving. There is other stuff too - burritos, tacos, etc. but I rarely tried those, gumbo is by far my favorite

Worst maintained of all Qdoba locations. . Food is consistent and fresh at dinner time, and service has been fast. Unfortunately not the cleanest store, and seems to be still recovering from lunch even late in evening. Also 9 times out of time out of coke and cherry flavors in machine.

The first time I ever went to Qdoba, I loved it. Some of the staff were friendly and some just looked bored. The overall restaurant was very nice. The food was delicious. I went back in September 2011 and got my whole family food. Only downside is rushing and better preparation.

I was stuck in the loop with an empty stomach and time on my hands. Qdoba piqued my interest so I checked it out. I had three tacos and a drink and was not disappointed. Next time Im down that way Ill probably be back. Kind of like Chipotle but with more menu options.

Food was good and it seemed fresh. However the black girl who does the food is very rude. Ive there two times and it has been the same experience. I mean, She didnt help me at all she was just pressuring me to order. Please take car of this ASAP

Qboba in general is a solid lunch option. I like the vegan burrito options. This location is fine. The staff often seems distracted while making your food - watch carefully on the serving line or who knows what theyll throw on there.

Im giving it 3 stars because chipotle had them beat hands down. I ordered the steak taco bowl, it was decent dont get me wrong, but if I had to decide, chipotles hand down. Sorry guys, I might give you another chance

Clean store, great service. This was my first time trying Qdoba and I was pleasantly surprised. Id compare it to Chipotle on the West Coast. Qdobas chicken burrito and chips with queso were delicious. Ill be back!

This is the second time I got sick eating at this Qdona. I believe the tomatoes are contaminated. Everytime I get a breakfast burrito and add the tomatoes i get severe stomach cramps and throw up
