Great food but when I tried to order food for pickup, the employee directed me to order online. This did not work because only part of the menu is available online. When I called to place the order over the phone, citing issues with their app, he refused to take it. Its almost like they dont want my money. When I came in to order in person and asked why they couldnt take my order over the phone, the two employees ignored my question completely without even acknowledging that I had said anything. When I asked a second time, he told me they just dont do it because of quality (?) The quality issues here does not seem to be the food in this case, but the horrible customer service. When I walked in, the guy seemed to know exactly who I was since I had just called and when I confirmed this, the employee on the grill smirked. This will probably be the last time we eat here, which is a shame because the food is great but they arent the only bison gig in the area. Teds Montana Grill, 5 minutes away has bison burgers, steaks and ribs and much better customer service.

This restaurant should be getting a great review from me since I love the food and think the staff has always been very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience tonight. The restaurant says it closes at nine... I showed up at 830 and they were no longer serving food. I drove out of my way to come here after a very long day. If you want to stop serving food at 830 you should say you close at 830. I have worked in the food service industry in the past so I know that this is not normal practice for most restaurants, especially ones that serve a lot of take out. If you plan on eating after 8pm I would call ahead and make sure they will actually serve you.

Very mediocre. They were out of ribs, so I asked what the most popular item was on the menu. The gentleman walked me through the option of having a lot of stuff on top of fried bread. I dont do fried bread ... I mean, we arent already sufficiently obese, we need more fatty calories on top of fatty calories? So when he tells me about the option of a bowl with quinoa, black beans, some pulled bison, some corn ... it sounds yummy. Only, it wasnt. It was a lukewarm mess. The bison had no flavor, the mix was totally unappetizing. I could have had better at Chipotle ... and I paid $14 for this and a Pepsi? Nonsense.

This is one of the only native American restaurants in the whole country I checked! WOW I have never tried American Indian food and decided to take a trip on the wild side. Got the Indian taco which is 1 giant fried bread bottom "indian taco" with ground bison piled high with fixins... its to die for. I love Mexican food and this is miles ahead of any Mexican place Ive ever tried. If you like Mexican food come here instead. Letter to the owners, build more of these places! Every Indian casino, every mall, every city should have this

If I could write this review without putting a star at all I would... I went there today for the first time and ordered a Indian taco with chicken black beans cheese lettuce and sour cream and found a bunch of pieces of the skillet in my food... The guy didnt have any sympathy and didnt want to refund me until I made a scene. The worst part is I got my baby 14 months the same thing! Now my throat feels swollen and itchy Im considering medical attention and pursuing the matter more. Id advice not to eat there at all!!!!!!

Get away from the same ol, same ol! A very nice contrast to the common tacos and burritos! Shredded bison was delicious! Dear prefers the ground bison in the Indian Taco and the spiciness of the chili beans. I go with frijoles or black beans and the Grilled Bannock! Straightforward menu, delicious results! Love the service setup...colorful Lodge dutch ovens lined up on induction burners.

I think I could eat myself to death here. The food was wonderfully seasoned, the portion size was more than adequate, and we got our food very quickly. Service was great, and prices were low for the quality of food . I would personally recommend the buffalo dishes over the chicken, but youll be satisfied either way. Definitely pick up some fry bread if youve got a sweet tooth.

I like their main location more because their stuffed fry bread is to die for and they dont have it at this location but still this is so good. Sooooo good. Its set up like how you would make a burrito at Chipotle but Tocabe trumps them any day. Try the Osage homony with a spicy salsa, savory, spicy, and sweet. It makes a great combo

Called ahead at 9am for a large pick up order for noon, and was told they where out of ribs ? They decided to just make us there Indian tacos instead ? Picked up order to go and there where no utensils! Called to ask for help and the manager didnt even seem to care or asked to make it right on a future order. Poor customer service.

The food was pretty good. However it was so heavy that I dont think Id go back. The first few bites were good but having a taco on fry bread is way too rich. I enjoyed it at first but threw over half of it away. I also found it too expensive for a fast casual - $11 after tax for one taco with no drink.

I frequent this place for lunch. Its delicious, I would suggest the Indian taco with chili beans, shredded buffalo meat, and melted cheese. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they sometimes run out of seating around the busy lunch hours.

I really enjoyed this twist on the build-your-own-burrito restaurant popularized by Chipotle. I tried the bison, which was a little sweet for my taste, but delicious nonetheless. The star of their meals is certainly the frybread, which is made fresh to order. I will definitely be back.

Delicious food with cool, traditionally-inspired Native concepts. Really enjoyed our meal. I had the grilled bannock with ground bison, hominy and corn, and an order of the fried bread nuggets. Definitely suggest going there, but I wish there was one closer to me in San Diego.

The Medicine Wheel Nachos with Shredded Bison are A+. Delicious, filling, just the right amount of cheese, and a good-sized portion. I even took some for leftovers. Atmosphere is regular fast-food place, kinda noisy. To be expected. Food is tasty and a good value imo.

This place is amazing. I used to drive all the way up to the highlands for them. So glad they are down here now too. I would give them 6 stars except for 2 things. A) They have terrible ice tea and I am a big ice tea person. B) Google wont let you give 6 stars...

The food is great. The woman working the front counter was not friendly and made my boys feel bad for not already knowing what their choices were (for the items not covered on the menu board). If you dont mind that go for some amazing Indian fry bread.
