Pretty disappointed with my lunch. I called in to order the rice noodle (dry) with pork; first of all I had to repeat my order 3 times, I understand the language barrier, but you should know the items on your menu as you list them. Secondly, the little summary about this restaurant says "Extensive and refined Vietnamese menu..." And let me tell you, this is a sad excuse for a Vietnamese vermicelli dry noodle bowl. The pork is NOT grilled, it seems to have just been slightly cooked in a wok. The look, texture, and taste is NOT appealing. It seems to get the correct "flavor" they just cooked everything with oil and lemongrass; almost all the pieces of meat were coated in lemongrass and there were even large pieces that I bit into that does NOT taste good. Plus, the dish is missing the usual grilled pork seasoning, and now is just oily because of how they cooked the meat. On the plus side, my $10 lunch came with a (Chinese) egg roll and Wonton soup and the soup and the pork wonton were actually quite good. I am willing to give Min-J one more try, but I will stick to the Chinese menu, as they seem to be more traditional Chinese rather than Vietnamese.

MinJ is truly a hidden gem. When I say hidden, its literally hidden behind the shadows of CB Potts next door. Ive eaten here now over half a dozen time. Its consistently good. Its clean, the service is always warming, and the food is spot on. Id even forgotten that I used to love Chinese food until I rediscovered that cashews are the strangest and most delicious compliment to chicken with garlic sauce. They offer lunch portions starting at just $8. The lunch portions are always enormous and once we made the mistake of thinking we could eat meat balls on top of our lunch entrees. That resulted in a mid day food coma. Which, lets be honest - its not the worst thing in the world. Walnut chicken - good. Cashew chicken - gooood. Fish with garlic sauce - goooood. Scallops with garlic sauce - gooooooood. Meat balls - what?! Goooooooooooooooooood. You know you have found a remarkable place when you want to branch out and try everything and find yourself ordering the same dish. The walnut chicken, garlic chicken, garlic shrimp, salt and pepper shrimp, and scallops are absolute winners. MinJ, see you Monday.

There have been many different vietnamese restaurants that have been popping around the area, and for the most part they all have around the same food. Noodle bowls, Pad Thai, Pho, Vietnamese Egg Rolls and other dishes that are now common to the local palate. However how this particular Vietnamese restaurant separates itself is in appearances. The inside of the restaurant is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and well put together places in the area and the atmosphere is far superior to any other similar establishment around town. And while the dishes are typical, they are still quite delicious. It was a wonderful lunch and Id highly recommend it to anyone who is partial to Asian Cuisine.

Food is fresh & delicious. But - Dinner prices are way over-priced for Chinese food ($12 and $13 average). Went with a Groupon at lunch time, and they insisted we must order Dinner versus lunch (Dinner costing about $3 to $4 more). Got the bill and it was the wrong bill - they charged us the lunch price instead of dinner price. There stupid policy about dinner vs lunch - even confuses them, causing them to produce the wrong check. Than, they wouldnt accept a credit card because the amount after Groupon was less than $5. (only because they failed to charge us correctly). Good food, but stupid policys on Dinner versus lunch and minimum for credit card use.

My family began going to Min J about a year ago. We are always looking for high quality Chinese and other Asian foods in the Denver area. Our standards are high because weve treated cuisine around the world and are always looking for something local to satisfy our cravings. Min J has always come through. Their sakt and pepper fish is our favorite and every other dish weve tried has come to the table hot, fresh and support tasty. A good gauge of a restaurant is often how they make common simple dishes. Theyre egg drop soup is simply amazing, as is their lo mein. Staff work hard and are very attentive. Service is quick. Atmosphere is casual with linen. Love Min J!

My wife and I went to eat there as she had bought a Groupon. We ordered egg drop soup and one Tonsue to start. Our entrées consisted of chicken pad Thai and she had the cashew chicken. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating. It was strange that they brought out the pad Thai first without the cashew chicken. Oh well, the food was very good. The egg drop soup is the best egg drop soup I have ever had. Ive had it from LA To New York and theres no comparison. You could literally taste the egg and not some powdered crap mix that most restaurants serve and pass off as egg drop soup.

A favorite! We have eaten here many times and return for a consistent experience of good fresh food, well prepared and well served in a very comfortable and friendly ambience. The restaurant has earned the loyalty of a population of "regulars" who frequent the restaurant. When my adult kids come to town, this is one of the requested dines. When I take business associates here for dinner, I get positive feedback and requests to come back for dinner meetings.

They boiled the soul right out of that chicken... My wife and I ordered the lemongrass chicken and the ginger garlic chicken. We got this watered-down sauce type stuff, chicken that had the consistency of being boiled and chopped-up. It wasnt horrible, but in the end, it was substandard compared to what you get in a grocery stores frozen Asian section. Definitely not going back. Service was good, atmosphere was darn good.

This is the best oriental Resturant I have been to in years. What a treasure and I found it thanks to google. I would recommend anyone craving awesome oriental food to go to this Resturant. The food was fabulous and the service was outstanding even letting me know that maybe I wanted to only order 1 Quail instead of 2 because the soup was so filling. Thank you and I will be visiting again when I am in Denver next week!

Portion is small, food is cooked on the salty side. No great flavor except salty soy. Latino cooking Chinese food (same concept like Panda Express) . Just paying for the decor and table service. Came here for lunch and wanting to use living social deals but could only redeems on dinner portion, end up dishing out $28.00, I canceled the deal bc not worth coming back!

Absolutely wonderful. Ive tried just about every Chinese restaurant in the Centennial/Littleton/Highlands Ranch area and this is easily the best. Very flavorful, reminiscent of the West Coast Chinese places I loved. They have my favorite, hard-to-find dish -- Ma Po Tofu -- and it was perfect, pungent and spicy. Dumplings, Singapore noodles, fried rice, all perfect.

Had a few noodle bowls here, they were good. However just read they failed a recent health inspection badly, rodents more. The size of this restaurant is absolutely huge for how many people I ever see dining there, tells me they must be running another business out the back door. Pho is not good. Check out pho lee on other side of Arapahoe for top notch vietnamese
