I attended a conference in Westminister, CO, and on three consecutive days had the same meal, one of my favorites, green curry chicken and hot green tea, at three different restaurants: Tuk Tuk Thai Bistro, East Moon Asian Bistro, and Thai House. Thai House: 4.5 out of 5. Thai House is a simple hole-in-the wall restaurant that people who love good Thai food seek out. I was greeted by the familiar portraits of the Thai Royal Family, an indication that someone in the restaurant bears a connection to Thailand. The green tea I ordered arrived quickly. Again two green tea bags in a pot but the cup had handles and was not chipped (see my review of East Moon Asian Bistro in Westminister). Prior to the meal I was served a Thai fried egg roll (excellent) and my choice of soup. I chose the egg drop which was good, not outstanding but very good and comforting on a cold day. The green curry sauce was more substantial than that provided by either Tuk Tuk Thai Bistro or East Moon Asian Bistro. It was properly seasoned with the right spices including ginger, bamboo shoots, the proper type onions, and no huge chunks of cucumber (Tuk Tuk Thai Bistro), chunks of tomato, or purple onions (East Moon Asian Bistro). The green curry was offered in mild, medium and hot. Not knowing how it was spiced, I chose medium and found it to be a touch above medium. But Ive eaten at the Marianas Trench in Guam, where you select between one and ten on hotness. A medium there is like 8 out of 10 in the mainland, so a touch above medium is always fine with me. Bottom Line: Of the three restaurants I tried in Westminter, CO, give up the yuppy decore (East Moon Asian Bistro) and the place that cant even keep rice warm (Tuk Tuk Thai Bistro). For good Thai food, I recommend The Thai House.

Im so glad my friend introduced me to this hole in the wall place. Ive gotten my dad hooked on this too. Weve tried a couple of things on the menu, but always find ourselves going back to a combo plate with green curry and pad thai. Its amazing, and its only 7.95 since we always come in for the weekday lunch special. No idea what the dinner price for that is. The portions are generous, you get a small soup/salad and an egg roll along with your entree. I always eat my green curry at the restaurant and save the pad thai for dinner or lunch the next day, but Im still full when I leave. My dad generally finishes the whole plate, but is stuffed afterwards. Overall, really amazing food, and you cant beat the price during their weekday lunch special. I highly recommend this place, especially for a weekday lunch.

Everything here is delicious. The thai tea, panong curry and drunken noodles are a must if you are coming here. This is the best thai food of all the thai restraunts i have been too. I would have rated it 5 stars of the service was better. The service here was terrible. The waitress was very nice but she kept forgetting us.The food was brought about one at a time. Some of our order was forgotten and we had to ask for simple things like forks at our table. I blame this on the fact that they are very short staffed and need to hire some help. Overall, I will come, back because the food is worth the crummy service,

Best curries in Denver. Ive had a number of friends suggest US Thai, which is good... but this is better. My wife and I usually get the Masaman (spelled from their menu), the Panang, and either the Red, Yellow, or Green curry. All excellent. For sides, I love their Basil or Thai House Fried Rice, and their Yellow Curry Noodles are pretty awesome as well. Medium spice level is perfect for me (leaves the nose running a little bit without overpowering the complexity of the dish). Really love these guys. Open up a location out east so I dont have to drive 40 minutes to get my fix!

This is a lovely place - despite being in a strip mall. I ordered food to go, and didnt wait terribly long. The pad thai was the best of what we ordered, though not the best that I have had in the metro area. The panang curry was very disappointing - watery and very very sweet. It didnt have the rich and complex spice flavors that I was craving. The egg rolls were greasy, and I wouldnt get them again. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls was very good! It was light, sweet, and tangy. In a pinch, I might order the pad thai again, but this wont be a destination for curry.

They had my favorite, duck red curry with pineapple, and I paid a little extra to get it just how I like it. Most Thai places leave a lot of sinew and hard bits in the duck. This one didnt so thats a plus there. They also had Shing Tao beer which goes great with spicy curry. I will say, as someone who loves spicy red curry, they made it really spicy (in all fairness I told them I like spicy). Definitely ask for one degree lower than you prefer. Would definitely go again.

The service is horrible. I waited over an hour for waiter till I finally went and grabed a staff member. Then they brought our food but not our drinks. This used to be a favorite place of mine to eat, not anymore this would be the 4th time i have had this bad of an experience here. Wont be coming back and for me to feel negative about another persons business takes a lot. Sorry

Their panang curry is top, top notch. I love this joint and so does my girlfriend. We eat here reliably 1-2 times per month and never regret it. Fair warning...their stuff is very spicy at the highest level and we can handle spicy. The highest spice is not for the faint of heart. It is awesome though. Easily the best thai place we have found since moving to Denver.

I love this place! I just moved to the area and have not been able to find good authentic thai food anywhere... until I came here! The dishes are reasonably priced and you get a good amount. I actually drive about 20 mins (past a few other thai places) to go to Thai House. Their Pad Thai is delicious and I also love their panang and green curries. Thanks guys!

I really love their Phad Thai dish, its rich in flavor and its plenty spicy. Im no pro, but rookies should beware of the spice level. Hot will do the trick for most, but extra hot can catch a lot of folks off guard. I would give it a higher score but Ive only had their Pad Thai dish. Service was passable. Place was clean enough. Nice hole in the wall.

Really flavorful and authentic Thai food. Pad thai, coconut soup, and green curry are our favorites but I dont think you can go wrong with anything here. Nice staff, but call before you go because we have stopped by several times and they have been closed when they should have been open. Still 5/5 though for the food!

3 dollars extra for beef in combo lad Thai but they never told me so I get there and its 3 bucks more. Thats your tip. So dont get upset when I dont give you a tip you just charged me 3 dollars for 60 cents worth of stake. Thats kinda shitty even by my standards. What ever
