If you want a bizarre experience and be chastised and harassed by the owner then this is your spot. This will serve as a precautionary warning for anyone who sends their unappetizing, taste bud assaulting meal back to the kitchen. Give it a few minutes and the show will start! The owner will accuse you of being wrong and will start pointing to the other patrons who have ordered the same meal with no complaints and the delusional frenzy ensues from there.I do applaud the other patrons for being able to stomach such a dish for which truck stops serve a higher caliber of cuisine. Ultimately your service stops when the owner refuses to cook you a new meal. Youll be stuck sitting there sharing one luke warm dish between two people and just waiting for the check. With the owner being such a whack job he will open the adjacent door to the kitchen and proceed to eat your returned meal with his hands and enlighten you to how delicious his food is and how wrong you are (no exaggeration this really got weird, something you would expect from a prime time Fox television show). For all who want to patronize this establishment you must realize that if you have fond memories of what this place was in the past, disregard them in your memory. If you are looking for an amazing display of poor ownership, horrendous food and an owner who mentally is on the fritz and who definitely has some cash flow problems then come and enjoy

Well, wasnt what it used to be. Very pricey for a roadside Diner. Would be worth it if the food matched the price, but it doesnt. When we walked in, at 11 in the morning, every single table was empty, except one where people were seated, and every single table except one were not cleared and ready for customers. If all the tables are empty, that means the server wasnt busy serving, and should have been bussing. We had the pulled pork sandwich that wasnt pulled at all. It was a large chunk of carnitas type pork on a bun and nothing else. No sauce, no nothing. We also had a grilled chicken salad. A $12.95 grilled chicken salad that was worth about $6.95 at the most. A small amount of grilled chicken on a small amount of greens. I wanted to like this place, I really did. I love little hole in the walls that surprise you. This one however was neither surprising or worth it.

I went here only for a quick drink with a few friends. It was a hot day so we wanted something to cool us off and we noticed they had milkshakes so we decided to go in. It is nice and small but very "home" feeling. The waitress we had was extremely nice and attentive making our experience feel good. We only got milkshakes but seeing the other food around us definitely gives us a reason to go back as it looked DELICIOUS. The portion sizes are huge for the price. Now back to the milkshakes. Absolutely one of the best milkshakes I have ever had. The milkshakes alone would make me come back. Definitely a must try place for a good meal and shake.

Came in for breakfast with my wife this morning. I had the homemade corned beef hash and she had the biscuits and gravy. Food is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell care has been taken to prepare every plate. Service was some of the best that we have experienced a very long time. This is a must visit for anyone in the local area or visiting. Its even worth a drive from the bay area just to visit this little tiny diner on the side of the road.

What a wonderful place! My wife was traveling with our two small children and they were getting quite hungry and upset so she pulled over to feed the infant and let the toddler have a break from the car seat. A waitress graciously allowed my wife to have some room to feed the baby and even brought the toddler some food! I am very grateful to this place for taking care of my family when I could not be there. Give them your business!

Walked in not being a fan of life too much and when I left I felt the opposite. Pork chop was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Taters and eggs were delicious and the biscuits and gravy were definitely made from scratch. The service was great and the girls in there actually made me laugh despite the horrible mood I was in. Drove away with a smile.

This place is amazing, I will go back for sure. The hamburger was very juicy and full of flavor but the star had to be the French fries, they were hands down the best Ive ever had. Great staff too! My waitress was quick and very nice, didnt come up to me while my mouth was full!!!

Great food. Your typical diner fare, prepared differently (like the Wafflewich, a take on chicken and waffles) as well as pleasant surprises that you wouldnt expect. Cozy atmosphere. Robert, the chef, is awesome and so is the wait staff.

Great service, great food. I had the sweet potato pancakes, which had nice crisp edges and were so big I couldnt finish the both of them. My husband got crab cake eggs benedict, which had fresh crab and a pesto sauce.

Best darn corned beef ever. Haf the Rueben and it was fantastic. Hubby had Huevos Ranchetos and both meals were great! We will be back. Corned beef best ever! Nice quaint place. Friendly staff and excellent chef!

Will NOT eat here again. I ordered a scramble skillet and the eggs were under cooked and mushy. Bacon was not crispy. Toast was NOT toasted. The price did NOT match the quality

My last visit was on a day that took me 4 hours to get to while going to San Francisco. I love stopping here when I have time.
