This restaurant can be summed up with a few words: hit-or-miss. Ive been here at least a half a dozen times or more and have found that its a different experience every time I come here. The food can be delicious one week and then absolutely awful the next. There doesnt seem to be a rhyme or reason, so take it as you will. But for less than $8 for a lunch, or $10 for a dinner, I guess you cant complain? Either way, this restaurant is alright. They take most cards, offer a buffet (which I advise you avoid at all costs), and do have seating inside, though its dingy and unimpressive at best. Ordering out is a pain because the employees speak exceedingly poor English, dont relate back to you your order, and dont tell you the price over the phone often opting to just hang up immediately instead. If you want something cheap and wish to roll the dice on whether itll be good or bad, this is the place for you. Its quick, its affordable, its quantity is pretty good. If youre expecting a good Chinese-American restaurant, well, Id say keep looking.

I wish I could post pictures on here. Not only were there chicken bones in my chicken, I pulled a piece of metal shaving out of my rice! Yes metal! Sharp enough that if it were something I would have swallowed there would have been a pretty big problem. Needless to say we are finished with Hunan Express. Lately our food has been taking an hour and a half to two hours to get delivered. I dont know about you but I dont like eating right before bed.

My husband and I ordered the chicken and broccoli. He and I will generally eat just about anything (especially him) though when we opened our take out box, both the smell and texture of the chicken (almost gelatinous - didnt even seem like meat, somehow) were so concerning we threw it all away after only a few bites. My hope is that this was a one-time incident, though we wont be returning to find out.

The bourbon chicken and the dumplings were good, but everything else was disgusting! I tried the black bean chicken, and I could not distinguish the texture of the bean from the chicken. Bland and expensive. We spent $50 AND REGRET IT! Get the black bean chicken if you want to dine on onions, onions, onions, and chewy chicken!

I order from here all the time, although I wish there wasnt a $20 minimum on delivery. Overall the food seems to be consistently pretty good. I have had boneless spare ribs from plenty of Chinese restaurants but these are my favorite. Good sesame balls, fried rice, and garlic sauce too.

Meh. Bad service. Over priced. General Tsos was not crispy at all. Shrimp and steamed veggies was pretty bad, over steamed veggies and the shrimp smelled like rotten fish and had visible brown "veins" (not appetizing)

Great people and very nice service. Had chicken and broccoli, was excellent. Pot stickers cooked perfectly and sauce is the right sauce. Exactly what we wanted.

They have great food. Please lower your minimum delivery total! I dont want to order $20 worth to get delivery. I no longer order delivery because of it.
