Horrible service times. Guy didnt tell me they charge to add one sauce to a sandwich. For a single slather of flamethrower sauce on a chicken sandwich he charged me $0.40 and didnt even say it would cost extra. I get to the window and then he announces my total. I told him he needed to inform customers of price changes and up charges. His response, "well someone has to pay for it." Then they didnt even put mayo on like it comes with. So they charged me to have a different sauce instead of both. Then after paying it took 12 minutes for my food to be made and given to me in the drive through. I spend my entire lunch break waiting and waiting and dealing with shady business practices. Fries are cold, sundae melted and sandwich was a huge hassle and then wrong. Avoid this one. Its better in Downtown Corvallis.

Do not eat here! This place is just terrible. I tried a blizzard at this location a few months back, which turned out to be almost all ice cream, with almost nothing mixed in. I thought it was a fluke, but it is not. I tried once more today, and was presented with the same thing. This is standard operating procedures here. Hold this restaurant accountable. Do not shop here. Take control as a consumer and spend your money elsewhere.

Every time I come here, I get pieces of nuts in my food and especially ice cream. This is a huge problem, especially if someone was allergic. Theyre lazy here and the food is poorly cooked and made.

Food is alright. Not very fast for drive-thru and they charged me 50 cents for two packets of ranch and we didnt even get them. I call to let them know and their number went to a fax machine.

No matter what flavor of blizzard you order, you will always receive the same: vanilla with slight taste of water and chocolate. Very poorly mixed, and are too often more or less tasteless.

They make sucky ice cream cones and there milkshakes are milk, my husband found acherry in his strawberry shake and my chocolate shake was hardly even chocolate... Watery ice cream no good!

The store was very dirty. The staff was unfriendly. They forgot half of my order and when I asked for the rest of my order, they did not apologize for their error. Poor customer service.

Went in and ordered a childs hamburger meal. Got on the road and they failed to put meat on the burger just pickles and mustard. They totally suck. I Will never ever go there again

Drive through is tough to use and the wait times are long for hot food. Ice cream treats are always tasty and well made, but are somewhat pricy considering the competition around.
