Ive been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years with no issues -- always good food and friendly delivery. But recently I had a bizarre experience. I ordered a pizza and 24 wings. When the food arrived, there were only 21 wings. No, I dont usually count the wings, but for some reason I did this time because they looked short. Anyway, I called the Pizza Hut and asked them to give me a partial refund. The guy I was talking with said they were not set up to do refunds like that (really?). So I asked for the manager. He comes on, and with no apology says, "What can I do for you?" (Again, really?) I tell him the situation, and all he offers to do is deliver three more wings to my house. (For the third time -- really?) So the wings do show up, but theyre the wrong kind, and as well, it took another hour or so for them to arrive. My family and I were long done with dinner when they arrived. Why couldnt they just make it simple and give me a partial refund? Im sure they CAN do it; theyre probably just told not to by the manager, who apparently cares more about profit than he does about his customers. Well, Mr. Manager, a tip for you: if you dont treat your customers with respect, they wont come back. And if they dont come back, you aint gonna make that profit. Case in point: today my family had pizza and wings for lunch, but we certainly didnt order them from Pizza Hut. Another store got our $40, and the driver got a $5 tip to boot because I respect his hard work at a job that doesnt pay as much as it should, and he was a really nice guy to boot.

Do not ever order from this pizzahut, I ordered a cheesy bite pizza and cheese bread, when it got here an hour and a half later the pizza was nothing but dough, it was barely cooked at all, and the cheese bread, well my vegiterian wife took a bite and there was chicken in it! thats right chicken in the cheese bread!!?? So I call them, a guy answeres the phone and I tell him he says nothing and hangs up on me! I call back and a girl answers I tell her what happend and she asks me well how many pieces of chicken was in the bread, I said well I dont know but I think one is enough, she says hold on, another woman gets on the phone and I tell her the whole story again, and she asks me well was there just one piece of chicken in it? again I said I dont know, then she says hold on ill give you to the manager, Once again I tell the story and he says sir thats a perty thin crust pizza I dont think its doughy at all, I said well I dont want to argue with you, you guys can see for yourself when you come get it, not to mention there is CHICKEN IN MY CHEESE BREAD, he continues to argue with me and trys to say well the best I can do is send you out another order, I said listen man I dont want any more of your food at all I want my money back, he copped an even worse attitude and said whatever youll get your money and hung up on me. This place is managed by complete idiots, its handsdown the worst food and the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. DONT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

The night manager Jake, was very combative and unreasonable with a customer service request after a pizza was delivered cold to my house. After telling me that I should have called immediately after the pizza came to my place that I should have called, let alone in a very condescending way. I am not educated on cold pizza protocol, nor should I have to be. After a 12 hour day at work, Im willing to sink my teeth into just about anything, but customer service is customer service and they failed on the delivery and also the conduct of management to a very reasonable request. After claiming to know my inner psychology and suggesting that I enjoyed said pizza even though it was cold, he claimed I was unreasonable to call in the first place without knowing the background of my day or how fu**ing hungry I was. Im going to eat and then call, and Pizza Hut isnt in the authority to tell me how my experience was. When I asked for the name of who I was speaking to again, he wouldnt respond and I had to ask several times before he would disclose his name. Do not recommend the store for bad service all around. I am willing to delete this if upper management can right the wrongs.

Well to say the least it could have been better than half baked staff.. let alone the delivery drivers desiree on one occasion and cody on another delivery show up stoned off their ass.. if i remember correctly it is against the law to be behind the wheel of any motor vehicle while under the influence of any mind altering substance.. let alone fratanizing between manager and his (cody) co worker (desiree) very very shortly after her being hired.. if im correct it is against the law for fratanizing between manager and coworker just saying..

After suffering a fall and getting 2 black eyes and few other facial abrasions, I didnt feel much like cooking. My delivery driver upon seeing my face, showed concern, and then told me if I needed help, to write it on the reciept. Although I was not a victim of domestic violence, I am glad to know there are still people like him to help. Big big kudos

I ordered the delivery deal on line, they didnt deliver it after 45 min. I had to go pick it up and then the double pepperoni had barely any on it! While I was waiting another couple came in because their order was wrong too!

Good takeout pizza. One of my favorites. Friendly staff answered my questions. Suggested what would be best for my situation. I got 2 medium pizzas for $10. Good deal

1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza 4 blocks. We are going to stick with Pappa Johns from now on.
