I have given this business multiple chances, thinking the next time will be better then the time before. This is the THIRD time I have ordered food and my food was not made properly. I asked each time for them not to put onions in order. Each time it has had onions mixed in it. When you call to place the order they rush you off the phone and DO NOT LISTEN to their customers. I will not order from New Style anymore, I have officially learned my lesson and wasted enough money!

3 days ago I order Chinese from the highest rated place around. It shows up in the bottom of a white grocery bag with melted brown paper bag in it. Hot n spicy chicken all over everything. Call down to new style and had a conversation about this happening. He says well sorry, blaza blaza, well credit you back. Call today and no go. No credit on the account sir, cant just give one out. Now Im left with this, dumbfounded, feeling of disappointment and anger. I mean really?

We love their food, problem being customer service sucks. As someone who works in the food industry when I call and you hang up with "Sorry just running behind" I am not happy. After a 2 hour wait it was to close to bedtime for my kids I wanted to switch out the soda for a non caffeinated beverage, I didnt get the chance. That is horrible. Get better people to answer your phones and take your customers seriously. Losing long time, regular customers.

SOO GOOD! Serously the best chinese take out i have ever had! Someone recommended this place to me and said they have consistantly great food. I have found that to be true. The quality of the food is actually way above the quality of most chinese take out, and even more flavorfull. We are regulars here now.

Food is good but can never get order right. Last time we show up and they dont even have the order that we called and talked to somebody to order. Guy at the register wants us to reorder and wait another 15 minutes for food unacceptable
