Ive been to this Taco Bell many, many times. Definitely hit or miss. I either get my food hot in no time, or I have to wait for what seems like forever just for them to forget something like a straw, sauce, or napkins. Breakfast is advertised as ending at 11 AM but I have been denied ordering breakfast as early as 10:30. Another night they refused to even take an order for "15 minutes" because they were getting their grills ready or something like that. One time I waited at the drive thru for a long time, and the cashier gave me a free taco voucher as compensation and gave me a free drink. Usually though the food is good but often when I ask for a supreme taco they give me a regular. All in all, this place has its ups and downs...

Service was horrible. Took forever to get the food. Other people came in after us and got their food first. Once we got our food the order was wrong. It was missing half of what we got. Ive been going to this taco bell for over 20 yrs now and never had this poor of service. There was 1 girl there that kept going out of her way to help everyone even though she was in the lobby on her lunch break.

Ever since you changed the whole crew including manager this place sucks.. used to be my fav taco bell in the area... Completely got our whole order wrong and on top of it asked us what sauces the failed to give us sauce... This taco bell will never get my business again.... Not to mention switched some things up which costs us extra money and they still got it wrong so we were over charged....

The staff just isnt with it they messed up my order, the the couples order behind us in line was short a part of the order. No one has a good work ethic not even the GM. Some one in the kitchen isnt in a taco bell uniform. And someone kept turning in and off the lights behind the counter. Its was far from a great experience. No one seems happy.

Been to this location 4-5 times and every time i have sat in the drive thru longer than 25 minutes. Including right now, been in line 20 minutes and the guy in front of me hasnt even gotten his food yet. Nothing in taco bell takes longer than 10 minutes, cooked completely fresh. Worst drive thru in town!!!

Granted we were 5 minutes from closing but they did not say anything over the drive through speaker. We waited for a few minutes. After moving forward to the window they they gave a discusted look and pointed to a clock that we couldnt see.

Ive never had bad, cold, or stale food from this Taco Bell. The people working the window are great. That said, always check your order, as they sometimes miss an item.
