Placed an order on a Sunday afternoon at 4:45 PM. Nothing ever showed up. At 6:15, I called and they had no record of my order. The kid who took my order was very polite, and read it back to me perfectly and everything. BUT it was never entered!!!! This is the WORST Pizza Hut restaurant I have ever seen. EVER!!!!

Convenient drive-thru window; prone to mistakes, but usually makes up for them (ex.: gave me wrong pie, when I went back, made me the right one, let me keep the wrong one, plus credit for a another free.)

Love their Lunch Specials and our 2 favorite Servers, Becky and Renee. Only 1 of 2 places I really meet friends in Ravenna. Wine is good also. Thank you for the Great Service!
