Hello. I visited your Great Northern store Saturday, June 26th, at about 8:20 pm and was very disappointed with the service I received. It appeared that I interrupted a personal conversation about a coworker that was much more important than attending to any customers. There were several lined up behind me as the younger of the 2 snapped at me for asking a question and then stood there with my order in her hands as she continued her conversation for about 2 minutes. It almost seemed intentional. I am not a rude person and did not say anything to her at the time as I had my older children with me and did not want to make the people behind me wait any longer for their order. But, I do think its noteworthy for your information. Also, when she looked up and saw the line, she made a negative comment about having more to do and would need help rather than just getting on with serving them. Thanks for your attention on this and I trust that this is not the service you intend for your guests and will address your employee promptly.
