This particular store is absolutely marvelous. After paying for my groceries, 2 birthday cards that I had purchased were left behind at the cash desk in error. I was extremely upset as I needed those cards for a party I was attending and I live quite a distance from the store. I phoned and spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and immediately arranged for a member of staff to drive to my home and deliver the cards and he also sent two coupons for free ice cream. You cannot beat wonderful customer service like that. Lovely clean store, helpful friendly staff. Also have to add the butchers in the meat department are also great, I love the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, they didnt have any and when I asked the butcher was very happy to make me up some.

My name is nancy I love to go shopping to his store I basically go everyday because they got some good deals and I love couponing at publix most of the cashiers are very polite and helpful ....plus they are very patiently with people like me that use coupons I would like to congratulate their manager michael a young boy very nice and polite always has a smile on his face...also thanks alot to gloria a cashier whos also very polite and helpful thanks alot publix staff even thought ima a crazy couponer you guys always make me feel happy when I shop there

I love coming to Publix. They almost always have the ingredients I need and when I have trouble finding something the staff always helps me find what I need. Ashley always does such a great job cashiering. Always friendly and polite, definitely my favorite cashier. Sometimes the young boy manager Conor takes out my groceries and hes always such a gentleman. They should hire more great managers like him. Wish all baggers worked at his standard.

Normally I am greeted happily by everyone in Publix and they always provide a positive shopping experience. However, I have had two bad experiences with their bakery. The women in the bakery have really damped my experience. They have been rude and condescending. I have often felt like I was interrupting when they should of been providing customer service. Needless to say I was very disappointed and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered sub sandwiches for my whole family using the online ordering and the only way it could have been better is if they delivered!! Soo amazing!! 100% better than subway. It is like you bought all the ingredients and made your own sub. Very good quality ingredients for the same or better price than subway. Very pleased never going to subway again.
