Absolutely terrible service and overpriced, sub-par baked goods! I cannot remember being treated so poorly by a business. Run as far and fast as you can! I chose Regina bakery for my wedding cake,since a close family member happened to be a good friends with the owner. I was assured the exceedingly expensive cake would have the simple details i requested. (nothing elaborate, just buttercream frosting, and simple piping and monogram) What arrived at the reception resembled an unfinished, three-tiered "practice cake." Assuming the bakery just ran out of time to finish the cake, my family friend who referred me to Reginas called to request a partial refund for the unfinished work. The people at Reginas were so rude to her, and said there was nothing they could do to fix the issue at that point, and hung up!. If they are willing to treat a "good friend" so poorly, how will they treat any other customer off the street? If you want to DESTROY your special event please give them a call!

Honest people, fresh goods! I left a bank envelope on the counter overnight, noticed it was missing and they were holding it for me the next day! Their bakery goods are so much more fresh than many of the other bakeries close by because they bake their pastries, cookies, and cakes, in the back. This is not always the case for some "bakeries."

These folks make the absolutely BEST rye bread in the galaxy: Salt Rye. Subtle, more moist than most ryes and flavorful. Available at Avrils in downtown Cincy--which is a lot closer than WestWorld!.

delicious pastries at a very reasonable price, my husband says their brownies are the best his ever tasted, cheese danish and glazed donuts were awesome
