One of the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, but very slow. Most seem young and clueless with regard to customer service and seeing how to either lend a hand to one another or ask the manager what to do when the counter is busy and only has one staff working it. The counter is ALWAYS understaffed, especially when there is a long line of customers. The food is inconsistent in quality. Tables are often unclean. I have had to ask--on more than one occasion--for additional staff to come to the counter and serve customers who were waiting far too long..... At first I thought these issues were simply growing pains. Yet theyre not new any longer. And this is Panera Bread. They should have this DOWN. This is unlike any other Panera Ive frequented. Very disappointing.

I called Panera this morning at 10:05 to request a catered lunch at noon (fully expecting to be told it was too last minute). Not only did Leah (catering coordinator) deliver on time, she also followed up after to make sure everything was good. Weve had excellent catering service at the plant every time weve used the Cartersville Panera.

My panini sandwich was more like a lunch meat sandwich on bread that had previously been " marked" to look like it was an actual pressed sandwich. Has the worst layout of bathrooms and seating. Would be nice and cozy during off times. Do not go for lunch during the busy times!! Apple was fresh and tasty.

Got a pick 2 with a Caesar salad during my lunch break and the chicken was completely frozen . Like rock solid frozen. Couldnt even eat my salad. Just unacceptable . Since I was on my lunch break I didnt have time to go back and return it. That is something that should be noticed on the line .

When you have a display saying Choose 2, in most places that means choose 2 for a special price but not Here, choose 2 and pay 11.00 or more. That is pure nuts to pay that price for a half sandwich and a half salad. Way over priced.

Panera offers an interesting selection. Used the drive through and I feel that the menu should be dumbed down and more detailed. The over all design is clustered and while my food was fresh it was not what I expected or wanted.

Love this newer Panera. The many different teas available, the kiosk ordering, and the layout. Came here for work. Wish this one was closer to me. The people that work here are very nice and helpful.
