I visited this business on 11/26/15. I stopped in hoping to get a little authentic Irish pub experience. I sat at the bar only so I cannot review the food and wait staff service, only the bar atmosphere, service and drinks. The bartender was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was ok, the stools are too tall for the short bar so that it is impossible to slide up to the bar, your knees will not go under. There was nothing authentic about the beer selection, basic Guinness, Smithwicks, Killian...boring... The menu looked as though it has some traditional Irish food, but the standard beer selection made the pub nothing more than just another bar.

Went here after seeing The Humans on Broadway down the street. Had a burger which seemed to be reheated and did not taste very good. Also had a curry chicken dish which seemed like a TV dinner loaded with fries, shouldnt be surprising as it was brought out almost as soon as we ordered it. Overall food was mediocre at best. On the plus the beer was cold and service was good.

Location and its historic building are the major appeals here. Small beer selection, totally standard non-remarkable Irish-ish bar food, and a mostly disinterested staff. You can do worse for a quick bite (food came out very quickly), but it might be worth walking a few blocks for a more memorable experience.

The hamburger was the best I have had from anywhere in years . There is no shrinkage factor with this beef. Quaint vibe. Food was served quickly but then our waitress disappeared and I had to flag bar staff to get assistance. The quality of the food is what would bring me back. Oh and beer was icw cold.

Now this is an Irish pub! The location is great because if you see a play before or after.....the place is waiting for you! The service is good and the drinks and eats are on point. I would go back there again. Check out the joint mid-week for their drink specials and 1/2 off bottle of wines on Wed :)

Ótimo ambiente, bem descontraído para todas as idades. Barman experiente é boa comida. Recomendo após assistir o Fantasma da ópera.

Cool layout...3 floors. Nice for meet up social events in middle of action. Live music was what we wanted but it was somewhat boring irish like on a weekend night. Open air upstairs cool. Bartender/wait staff overheard something about "make these people buy more drinks" (pressuring waitress).

Great place!! Came here with my family on vacation, we ordered the sampler platter for an appetizer and it was delicious. All the lunches are $12 and they have a nice variety, I got a panini and everyone else got sliders. We came at 11 and it was not busy at all! Wonderful service.

You wouldnt really expect it as a specialty or anything, but the burgers were awesome. Good quality and--if you want--lots of bacon and big, plump mushrooms. Decent selection of beer as well. Lots of other food on the menu that sounded good, too. I would definitely go back.

Went there while my gf and I were visiting my folks in NYC. Great food and service, hospitality was outstanding. Came between 6-7 pm and were seated right away. Seemed a little pricey tho compared to similar pubs in the area, but hey its Manhattan.

Really great place. Walked in on a Friday with no reservation. Great option for before a show. Food was super as was service. Good portions and price. $84 for two which included one alcoholic drink, a shared dessert and an 18% tip.

Very expensive place, but it must be because of the location, very close to time square. The food was OK, the choice of beer was poor... the great highlight of that night was the staff, specially the bartender who was very friendly...

This was the first bar I went to in New York City and it was a good decision. You can enjoy many drinks with many friendly people. The staff is amazing and usually tops up your drinks. Strongly recommended to go there on Thursdays :)

Pretty busy place. Upstairs bar is...way up. The flight of stairs is impressive. Food seemed so so. Chicken strips werent very good. Companion had the burger, which was enormous, and said.it was good. Service was very good.

For being in Times Square they sure treat you like family! I usually stay away from Times Square as I live in Chelsea. But went her one night with a friend and the Bartender was very nice and friendly. Will go back again!

We popped in here after an off broadway show and ordered drinks and appetizers. The portions were large and we enjoyed our food, but the long island iced tea didnt taste like any long island iced tea Id ever ordered.

Banda é muito boa e tem Goose Island IPA mas é o pior atendimento q recebemos em NY.

From MN. I Was there a couple years ago. Had a blast with the bartender (Johnny). Will go back every time I am in NYC. Couldnt have asked for a better place to hang out after long days touring the city.

Good solid option for an after theater drink. I wasnt expecting their cocktail menu to be too impressive, but I was mistaken. Fried calamari is good, but be warned - the dipping sauce is somewhat sweet.

Fast. Fun. Great service. Will go back again and again. Flat screens with sports have a link so your boyfriend can listen through his phone with earplugs. Of course, if he does, you should ditch him..,

We are not tourists and really liked this place especially in the winter when youre seeking warmth and coziness! Great wings, cold beer, and friendly staff not to mention fast svc. Hope to be back.

Close to many NYC theatres and Times Square. Good atmosphere, good food, great happy hour drink specials. Plenty of room to sit at bar or tables. I visited twice so far and would go back again.

Its an ok Irish pub with decent food and nice staff. Lots of televisions full of sports and a DJ. They dont serve a full pint though which is a sacrilege for an Irish bar.

Locato carina personale gentile buono il pesce prezzi in linea con NYC

A cool pub, food was OK and service was a bit better than average. Good if youre looking to for a quick bite to eat but I wouldnt hunt for it specifically or anything.

Great service, our waiter went above and beyond making us drinks that were not in the menu. He was very patient and professional. Did not feel rushed, no complaints!

Best cheap pint in all of NYC: $3 Playwright Ale all day, everyday! The food and atmosphere are amazing too. Check out the rooftop bar during the warmer months!
