What can I say about BurgerFi? This place is just amazingly delicious! I have always been a burger person but I usually feel like they are too greasy and heavy. When I had BurgerFi it opened me up to a new level of expectations for burgers! It was perfectly cooked with real meet and no grease! After eating the Burger I didnt feel sick to my stomach. Usually when I eat something bad I can feel it in my system, but NOT with BurgerFi!! Not only was the food delicious but they also had great service and great decor! The decor was very relaxing and clean, which is super important to me! A lot of burger places I go to smell of grease. That smell really bothers me and I feel sick before even eating the burger. At BurgerFi the environment was so peaceful that my friends and I just sat there for hours talking and having fun! I recommend this restaurant to everyone! It will take your burger exceptions to new levels! My only complaint about BurgerFi is that they are some times disorganized and they are really slow! The only time they arent slow and disorganized is when the owner are there making sure everything is running smoothly. The owners are really great! One time I ordered a bacon cheese burger with cheese fries and they gave me a regular cheese burger with cheese fries. I didnt notices till I got home. I went to bring the burger back and the owners let me keep the messed up burger and also made me a fresh batch of cheese fries to go with the new burger they made me! It was amazing! I had so much food!

Stopped by after coming from Comic Strip Live across the street. The sign alone will catch your eye. When you come in, it has a similar look to it like other burger spots I been to such as Shake Shack and BareBurger. I can see how it can be compared to Shake Shack for the ambience but as far as choices its in a league of its own. I decided to do the "Build your own burger". I got a single with Swiss, grilled diced onions, grilled mushrooms and light BBQ sauce. Also some fries with cheese on the side and a Angry Orchard beer. The wait is a little longer then I imagined but it was well worth it too me. The burger wasnt too overwhelming and it had a great juicy to it. The fact I was able to customize it exactly the way I wanted was a win. And their selection of toppings reminds me of Five Guys but not as messy. The fries were OK, nothing to do back-flips off of. Id definitely check them out again.

Food: 4 Stars Service: 3 Stars Online Ordering: 0 Stars Their burgers are delicious. My favorite is the breakfast all day (BAD) burger with hasbrowns and maple syrup. The varieties of fries are great. The main problem is that this place can be slow for fast food. Also, their online ordering interface is atrocious. It only allows you to choose two toppings (including paid toppings). The special instructions field is so limited in characters that its useless. Also, the one time I used this service their timing was way off, so that we waited for our food a good 10 minutes after theyd said to pick it up, though half the order was already made and sat there getting cold and soggy.

Everything is always good especially the Cajun fries! The BAD burger (breakfast all day) is always on point, but My go to burger is the burgerfi double cheese burger! I add a fried egg and bacon sometimes an onion ring. Its a really good burger thats made to order. I really love that they have the soda machine with 1000 different flavor, choices and mixes! $20 is basically the normal in the city for a good Burger fries and drink but this place is at the top of that list! Outside seating is a plus!

The food is pretty good, and the service is pretty fast, but they always get something wrong on my order. Today, for example, I came in with a typed list of what I wanted so that there would be no misunderstanding. One item was "a plain hamburger medium WITH NOTHING ON IT." When I got it home, it was a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and their sauce. I did some surgery, and my picky 10 y o tried it, but didnt eat it because it wasnt plain. I have been trying to call to get a replacement burger delivered, and now Ive been on hold for 10 minutes after getting a busy signal for 10 minutes.

You want a burger thatll fill you up and never let you down???! Go to burger fi... just be sure to do it on an empty stomach cuz theyre some good sized burgers. I definitely recommend trying the CEO either as they make it or your own style. Looking forward to trying their veggie and chicken burgers. Ambiance is nice. Place is clean: particularly the wooden tables. I advise going there as the options for delivery dont allow for shakes to be delivered. Also, sometimes theyll forget to deliver a drink when ordered. They need to work on that. Overall fantastic! Thank you, Burger- fi!

This place is great. I actually think the burgers and the fries here are far better than Shake Shack, but the lines here are much shorter than what Ive experienced at Shake Shack. The burgers are heavy so dont bother getting a double burger unless youre just greedy or famished. I was stuffed after eating a double burger even though it was my first meal of the day. The Parmesan cheese fries are great. The chili cheese fries are also good, but they give you such a small amount of chili and cheese that I dont believe they are worth the extra cost.

Friendly staff; quick cooking time; choose your own soda dispenser; hot hearty portions; beef, chicken and vegetarian options; clean floors and tables; tvs on both sides of the walls; long tables for big groups; wheelchair accessabe; not cramped; highly reccomend. The interior was industrial metal and wood vibe and its great to have a masculine rugged theme with burgers. There is an unlimited soda dispenser and you choose whatever you want. Major plus. The staff was friendly, so that is a plus.

Agree with other reviewers: this place has good burgers and even better hotdogs. Problem is they have a BIG problem with teenagers hanging out in the restaurant, not buying anything buy creating a loud obnoxious environment. When we complained, the teenagers told us to shutup. Incredibly, the very young manager told us there was "nothing she could do about them". Okay, let hooligans run the place, leading to your 2 star review.

Stopped by here before a comic show and didnt expect much, but I was actually surprised. This place was clean and nice looking inside and I thought Id be paying for the atmosphere, but actually, it was for a very well made burger. The beef they use tastes good, the toppings are great, and they are pretty quick. The place had a comfortable atmosphere, if I worked up here I could easily see it being a regular lunch spot.

I think management has given up. I used to really enjoy this place, and went regularly. Now they burn the fries, and never have ice in the drink machines. When I pay $3 for a soda, I expect ice. To top it off, over half of the drinks are usually empty. Definitely no longer worth anymore than $5 per person, but they charge double that amount. This past visit will be my last; go to Shake Shack
