When the manager is there, the staff is polite and the ice cream is well made/served. However, I went there on a Saturday afternoon when two employees were on the floor: a young man and a young woman. They seemed to be in their late teens or early twenties; no manager in sight. I went there to treat my family to some milkshakes. After ordering, I found that the young lady mixing the shakes was not doing a very good job. She was putting in a ratio of 20% ice cream to 80% milk. I was not pleased with the "milky, thin" shakes when they are advertised as "thick." When I brought this to the young ladys attention, she told me that theyre called "milk" shakes and "what did I want (her) to do." She did end up adding a bit more ice cream to 2 of the 5 shakes but it didnt do much and the cups were very messy. I was disgusted with her attitude. My family could not believe that these "watery" and sloppily made shakes were from Carvels. They tasted so extra milky that we had to throw them away. I will never go back to this location. Better off going to the one on route 33.

Always love ice-cream stores but this one is one of the better ones, the cashiers are always friendly and present and i even scored some soft serve mint once, cant beat that.
