Long time customer. The food is so tasty. Came to this place cos I was far from the potbelly where I usually get my lunch. It was my first time visit to this particular location. I followed my GPS and get here anyways. Past lunch time so not quite busy. I was the only person in line waiting to be asked for my choice for that matter. Waited for seconds then minutes, the customer service made every effort not to make an eye contact with me. A while later I politely asked if she can serve me. Then her response was so unprofessional, in a very rough way she said "I am coming ". I work in hospitality service for living. This is not the right way to treat a customer. I waited for a while again, and finally left because she is not any where close to the counter to take orders, I thought something serious is going on. Very sad!

I come here often on weekdays around 7pm. It is ALWAYS understaffed. What this means is when your sandwich comes out of the oven, it gets backed up with a bunch of others and by the time the guy who should have been standing there all along gets back from doing someone elses job, its barely warm. Then when you go to pay, there is noone at the register because that person is making a shake or something for someone, so you stand around waiting. Another negative to being understaffed is there are rarely any cookies, pickles or brownies. I have been to lots of Potbelly restaurants and this is the only one with these issues. At least the food is the same so I guess if you are really patient, it might still be worth it.

I ordered 2 pizza sandwiches. The first one I watched him put meatballs on (like the sign says it should have). Then when he makes the second one, he doesnt put meatballs on it. I said you didnt put the meatballs on it. He said it doesnt come with meatballs ?????? He just made the SAME sandwich with meatballs. I was in a hurry, and there was a line, so I didnt make an issue. Also, note: if you get your movie tickets at the restaurant, they charge an additional $4.40 more at the theater if the movie is 3D.

Ok, I get it... the place is supposed to look gaudy and overly casual. Does that mean it has to be dirty? It wasnt this way when potbellys first came here, and I would drive to college park, md just to eat a good sandwich. Nowadays every location near here should be condemned. Clean it up please!

The service here isnt bad and in no regards should the employees be at fault for this review. The issue here is how Potbellys sandwiches are dry, bland, and all around gross. I have eaten twice and each time I was very disappointed.

The food here is great! Love the hot peppers. Service could be faster. They used to sell discounted movie vouchers with food purchase but stopped, which is a bummer! We would eat there more if the vouchers were still available.

If you have never tried their cookies, you are seriously missing out. My favorite is the oatmeal chocolate chip. It is always a hit whenever I bring them to gatherings and in the office.
