I ordered a tuna melt sandwich (not my first time), but when it was done, it looked different than the other 2 times. She had put it on a baguette, when both of the other times I had it on circular wheat, without any prompting from me; so that is how I thought it came. She re made it as I had received it before. Once back at my office, I bit into it, and it tasted very different. It did not taste like tuna or smell like tuna, it did the other two time. I proceeded to take the sandwich back. I showed the lady the sandwich, she said it was tuna, but that they had changed the type they used. They were now using "Chicken of the Sea" tuna; all I can say is yuck. It was less that pleasant, they should switch back.

Yesterday was my first visit to this location and I must say that the selection of pastries was wonderful. My only issue, and its a big one, is that they do not have public restrooms for their customers. I had my elderly Aunt with me who had really had to use the bathroom. We had to get back in my car and go to a grocery store in the same shopping center for her to use the facilities. This is the most absurd thing Ive ever heard of, I thought that restrooms had to be provided for customers. Will not be going back to this location.

Unfortunately my experience was unacceptable. I was the only one in the store and was not offered help. Another woman came in and her order was taken. The cashier fixed her food then went to take care of overflowing butter. No one else assisted me. Another woman came in and someone immediately offered to help her. Unfortunate experience. With what seemed like 10 people working in the store hopefully the manager will do a better job assigning roles.

This bakery was very poorly run. The person who took my order was in training, but they did not have enough staff to have someone help when needed. I had to repeat my order 3 times, and then they forgot about one piece of my order after I paid until I reminded them. Other customers were pressured into buying more items to satisfy rewards deals. I will not come here again.

Vie de France is usually something I see in malls. This (almost) standalone store is one of the busier ones, but that means everything is usually fresh. They recently expanded and renovated, making it even better. A convenient location and good staff make for a great breakfast or lunch stop.

Very nice place to get baked goodies. I love the goods , the service and people are very helpful and friendly. This place offers a lot of choices from soups , sandwiches, cookies muffins and its very inexpensive.
