Thought i would share my write up i did on the Fox Hollow coffee shop in North East and Elkton yesterday. Several others posted bad service and what they feel is a sexist manager. This morning the manager took the review page down so no one would not see all the negative reviews. These revews have been for several months. As a consumer and past patron i feel the public need to know what is going on there. Here is what i posted.....I have been a patron of this coffee shop ever since it opened up . I knew the original owner and I know somebody that used to work at this coffee shop. Without any notification he was never wrote back into the schedule nor told why he was let go. With obligations and bills and no advance notice that he was going to be let go, it left him with no way to pay his bills. This is definitely not how to run a business nor treat an employee who was very loyal to the current owner/manager. I would rather drive 10 miles down the road to the Starbucks or to the Havre De Grace Fox Hollow before I drive 2 miles back to that coffee shop.

Ive been a loyal customer for years and I have never had any issues with the drinks or the staff. Frankly if there has been a change in management the staffs friendlyness is still the same. I find it interesting that all of these negative reviews are all extremely rescent and makes me think that someone is trying to ruin this local business. When rating an establishment please honest and not go on hearsay.

Its a shame because the franchise is good. But owner/managment at these locations is terrible. As a daily customer I learned of how poorly they treat employees and how they evade taxes like no other... So if youre a hard working tax payer, dont give your money to a company that evades theirs to keep their greedy pockets fatter while our taxes go up, thanks to companies like this who cheat the system. SMH

Just want to say for the record.... I took over this location February 2017 and have no connections to the previous management. I hope your experiences are joyous and tasty. We are striving to put a new face to an old tradition by creating a steampunk environment. The work is slow but we are making it happen little by little. Hope to see you all soon.

I usually dont rate a business unless it was really good or really bad. I am happy to say this is in the really good category. I got an iced vanilla latte today and it was phenomenal. The barista even asked me if I had enough napkins in case the drink spilled in my truck. Keep it up

Enjoyed a coffee, smoothie, and breakfast sandwich. Service was great. WiFi was serviceable - fine for email and browsing. Worked there for a couple of hours in a comfy armchair.

Great coffee. HOT, over ice, or blended. Friendly baristas. AND, Rolled Ice Cream! If you pass by and dont stop, you are missing a treat.
