Let me start by saying that if you like craft breweries then you really need to schedule a visit to this shop. We happened upon this brewery as we were passing through town on our way home. We found street parking and were greeted warmly when we entered the sunny dining room. I think what we found so amazing was what a great business they had developed in such a small space. The long bar was beautiful stainless steel overlooking the compact kitchen as well as the brewing tanks. We tried four of the beers offered and really liked the flavors of each as well as the creative glassware. We were surprised by the quality of their food choices. The fish tacos were really fresh and full of flavor. The panini was a nice combination of crisp bread and tender pork. Their "potato chip nachos" were a really delicious contrast of crisp, handmade potato chips and cheese fondue with spicy fresh jalapenos. The owner was smart to hire a well trained and experienced chef. Our servers were cheerful and pleasant to talk with while we enjoyed their beers. This is the kind of place that makes small towns thrive. I am looking forward to coming back and trying their new brews. My congratulations to everyone who contributed to starting Hollow Earth Brewery. Well done!

They did a outstanding job with the place! The beer is excellent and you can tell he puts is heart in each of the style of beers he brews,and I would have to say the same about the chef the food is on point very delicious for what you have to use back there behind bars. Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed the "1000 Points of Light" citrus IPA. Definitely a summer type beer. The "Kurant Bees" (not brewed in house) cider was a dry kind. The kettle chips were thick but not that fresh. Worth a visit.

The beer is innovative and well crafted. It really is top-notch. The atmosphere in the tap room is comfortable, friendly, and clean. Theres a lot to like here.

Awesome craft beer with selection that changes frequently. Expected "pub fare" type food, everything we had was more Gastro pub at great prices!

Beer is good and food is okay, but WAY overpriced. If this bar succeeds, it needs to drop its prices. Would much rather go to Sawmill or Victory.
