We were passing thru driving from Ithaca, NY back home to Delaware. We had a sleepless night with our 11 month old and were desperate for coffee. We stopped by this to find that it had a drive-thru (god-sent since the baby was asleep in the back)! I have the Starbucks app on my phone, but was out of money on my gift card and wasnt sure how to load it. The kind girl at the drive thru walked me through "while in the drive thru" so I could pay using my gold card and make sure my rewards would register! Luckily, no one was behind us till the end, but this girls customer service was great...especially considering that was not part of her job to help me with working my iphone app! Very impressed and thankful for the service! We will stop again there next time we visit family!

I visited this branch today to purchase a drink and the Barista Cole had a lot of opinions about my order. He starts by voicing loudly with profanity saying what the hell is the drink? with a disgusted face and puts the cup down and says this sounds disgusting multiple times while I was two feet away. That cup is my order, my drink. Thank you for your ignorant opinion because the drink I ordered is a common secret menu drink. You would expect professionalism in a professional setting. If youre planning on customizing your drink, dont come to this location. Youre better off going to the Starbucks in University Plaza.

We spend about $1500 a year at Starbucks between my Wife and I (seriously I did the math) and I have to say, the staff at this location have been consistently rude and obnoxious. With the exception of floats from other branches I have nothing good to say about this location. AVOID at all costs. There is one down the road by the dorms and although it is busy, it is at least living up to the expectations you have for a trusted name like Starbucks. The one on Front st is the same, very good staff and so friendly. Corporate or whoever really needs to go clean house at this location. Sad.

I come here everyday to study for an hour. I witness many moments of extreme rudeness from the staff. I Once asked if they had lemon and the answer was "we have lemonade"!! I detailed my inquiry and said itd be for my tea ! The same answer: "no we have lemonade" Seriously people! Use your brain, if I want lemonade, I ask for lemonade! A little kindness please

Been to this location a few times while travelling. Every time, I have to wait for for some random conversation between employees (working and off-shift) to end before Im noticed and allowed to order. Tonights conversation was whether or not Bobby Brown was still alive or not. Riveting stuff... At least the drinks are still good.

Love Starbucks, but didnt ask if dining in or taking out and handed us hot breakfast sandwiches in a baggie. When we asked for a plate and silverware gave us pre packaged plasticware. Real silverware would be best when dining in. Still enjoyed our coffee!
