3 items out of 6 on my order were missing. This is not the first time. But it will definitely be the last. I really used to like Ledo in Dunkirk, used to place an order for carry out on a fairly regular basis, for a quick supper during the week. Then things started to always be missing from my orders. EVERY time I went, I had to make certain to take everything out of the bag and inventory closely to make sure my order was complete. More often than not, one or more items was missing. Having to do this becomes tedious. And then, if its a cooked item that is missing - gosh, you have to wait another 10-15 minutes while they get it together for you. While the rest of your order gets cold. You know - other places consistently manage to put all the required items in the bag, why can Ledo in Dunkirk not do this? So I stopped going for a long time, probably a year and a half or more. Last night we decided to give good old Ledo a try again. I do miss their grilled chicken salad. BUT - its been so long since I was there, I completely forgot about their shoddy attention to detail in filling the carryout orders, and I forgot to stand there and unpack/inventory my order. Silly me. And yep, sure enough, I got all the way home and discovered 3 items out of 6 that I ordered (THREE out of SIX) were missing from my bag. Im quite sure that, had I driven back - the manager wouldve made sure I got my missing items, while I waited a good 10-15 minutes for them to be prepared. That is NOT the point. The point is - why should I always need to unpack and inventory my bag? Its comforting to know that some things never change, isnt it?

This place sure has changed a lot. Very rude workers. My family and I went in for dinner. We arrived at 915pm. For a late dinner as we just arrived froma along 3 years away from home. Ledos has always been good for comfort food. So figured why not. Very bad mistake. Gabby very rude when we walked in, we didnt realize you seat yourself. She walked by 4 times. And didnt say a word. All I hear is her telling another person why are they standing there. The other individual said you all can sit where you want. I explained we had no idea it was you pick your own seat. Gabby then turned the sign around that was being blocked. So wonderful. My husband was so upset he didnt want to say. We got up and went to do an offer to go. Even worse mistake. After spending 60 plus dollars. NEVER again. Bre was texting and had no care in the world. I even took a picture of her on her phone. So sad. Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Ledos really needs to step up their game. Get some more reliable staff. I should have spent my money at dominos. At least they speak to people in a respectful way.

Pickup counter staff werent very friendly and were quite inattentive. They completely forgot a Caesar salad and we had to ask them to get it out of the fridge; also, the failed to put ranch dressing on the side for another salad, resulting in my friend eating a salad with no dressing :( They also didnt open the pizza box and show us the pizza! If youve been to another Ledos, you would know why its a big deal. I believe they are required as a stipulation of the Ledos franchise to show the customer their pizza. Ive ordered dozens of Ledo pizzas and this is the first time someone was too lazy or disinterested to open the box. If this place is run by the same folks that ran the Chesapeake Beach location (which the health dept shut down!) then the above mentioned items fit that narrative. You guys need to step up your game!

I had someone pick up a pizza from this location. My pizza was missing one of the toppings I ordered and was not cut. When I called the store the manager, April, was antagonistic and jocular, and did nothing to try and correct the mistake. In fact, she denied making any mistake and laughed and said, "no one has ever called over a pizza not being cut before" and then suggested I find something to cut it with. If the only problem was that the pizza had not been cut I, obviously, never would have called. I will never, never order from this restaurant again. I felt a great deal of anxiety dealing with April and I dont feel shes fit for customer service.

I love having Ledos when I come back home to visit. It truly is the best pizza around. Very fast and convenient. Called in order and it was ready by the time I drove from Huntingtown.

The yellow BBQ sauce is excellent our server Sherri was100% the pizza meatlovers with hamburger and ham added instead of meatballs was pure heaven with a coronary on the horizon.

Very rude little girl just took my take out order over the phone. This is the case about 50% of the time. Makes me not want to go there anymore.. food is mediocre..

Had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and they still got it wrong. Then it took 20 more minutes to fix my order. I do not recommend.!
