Last week we decided to try this pizza place for the first time. We open the box to find no sauce on the pizza. I called and told them I have no sauce on my pizza, they figured out they switched orders and we got someone elses white pizza. The guy said I can get you another pizza as soon as possible or credit you for a free one for next time. No problem, we will wait til next time, he said his name is Travis and he was the owner if we had any more problems. Called today to order a sub, and garlic knots and our free pizza - Travis got in the phone, told me he was glad I called back, he wants his customers happy and returning. The delivery driver goes to the wrong address again, walks up and says $25.03. Im like no, our pizza was to be free for screwing it up the last time. Like a jerk, he tells me to call in then, I said no you call!! He shows me the slip and it shows a free topping. If it wasnt for my daughter being hungry, I would of sent him back up with the food, and wish I would have, my pizza was cold anyways. How rediculous, you screw my food up, promise a free pizza next time, but charge me for it anyways! You lost me as a customer for sure now. I will go back to Columbia pizza for now on.

Ordered a pizza from there... Im an OTR driver and I was at Armstrong waiting for my load to be ready so after about an hour of waiting I called and I was told my order was already dropped off inside of the security office ... I didnt get a call or anything they just dropped off the pizza with whomever and go about there way.... But this is a pizza place who also say that cant cut a stuffed Pizza Im from Chicago and we cut our stuffed pizza... Maybe you should take a trip and see how we make pizza.... Dont worry I wont be ordering from you guys next time Im back up that way..... Oh and thanks for the soggy Pizza as well... what a joke

Hands down best pizza in this area. Owner was very friendly and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his business. Noticed there was a new management sign and can tell a huge difference from the previous management. I recommend all around.

The food is amazing and the people are super friendly if you like good food and great people a home away from home then Parma is the place to be they always have new specials and new things to try and not to expensive come try for yourself

Ive ordered numerous times tipping the driver 25-30% because of the distance to our home, tonight I tried to place a delivery order at 9 pm and because they close at 930 I was denied service... They have just lost my business.

Food was catered they delivered on time the food was excellent and hot. Will I have the do it again. Damn right I would thank you guys fantastic job. One more thing prices are great to. I recommend them.

Service sucks. Food was okay. I had to tell them to go. 5-6 times. Then they gave it to me as if I was dinning in. asked one more time to take it to go. They didnt understand so I got my money back.
